Good job man what a great idea
HAMMER!!!!!
👍
Wow, nice job
Blades the wrong way
We change it around so when it pulls up it doesn't break away the edge
That takes too long... just use a droppy when you get close to where you normally stop the cut and use a coping saw and drag it side way while the saw is running and perfect cut, every time.
Me too. I use a miter box or a drop the same way 😂 easier and cleaner
20years at this game and I have just learnt a smart tip every day is a school day
Nah mate just butt join your skirtings and let the painter deal with it, all the cost falls on the client and you can knock early for Friday beers
Faark 😂😂😂
I righty is best
I use an air hose to blow off the wood particles! It works!
NICE!
Batteries are the worst thing on earth to skimp upon ... because if they are defective they catch fire and incinerate your tools!
Looks like these are battery shaped objects (BSO's) with leftover cells that did not pass QA. You said you only get 3 months out of these batteries - what would you get from a regular Makita battery?
I need this version gen 2 is obsolete
Give me an email and I can sort you out one of these, or just put the nail loop and tape clips in this spot on the Gen 2.
Why is the one on website different. This looks better
It's beautiful. I just bought something similar and now obsolete
Shitty shed building. Pizzabox houses.
What 🤦
Thanks for the review. The new Stiletto TIBONE™14oz and 15oz Titanium Framing Hammers have interchangeable accessories, including colored replacement grips, milled and smooth replaceable steel faces and mallet cap that replaces the need for most mallet applications. Working on getting them launched soon in NZ. 👊
Nice hat old boy😆😆
😂😂
do you know which bunnings has the deluge
Was the queenstown bunnings
@@CarpentryAndMe thx mate
love my m4
That's all that matters, hopefully I got that across in the video 🙂
Bro where did you get that dalluge ive been looking for one everywhere for a year now and havent had any luck 😅
I got mine at bunnings. Bunnings queenstown still has some stock
Gave a thumbs down for the shitty music.
Is that a bag for the tracks? If so, where did u get it from?
The bag comes with the kit. Ryobi sent this out to me, but bunnings would be the go to place
@@CarpentryAndMe Ok, I didn't get one with my kit. I guess we don't deserve them in the states.
😂 I feel it man 🤌
Dont buy one. Mine has lasted three months on very light use. You are wasting your money
Thats a mint pouch bru
whats the different with the GOOD RULE?
Gutted. Just bought a 1 metre folding ruler today as snapped my other one. Wish I’d watched this vid yesterday. Maybe I’ll just go and get one anyway
Bags are too far back, you look very awkward to get a tool out of your pouch and can’t see it properly
The belt pad is a size to small, but it's how I work I like to work with them. I don't look usually because I'm not thinking about what I'm going to get to talk to a camera about 😅😂
Interesting comment Ian. Are you a home handyman or tradie? Either way, I’ve done all my research prior to visiting either so I know what I want/need. And where to get it. At the cheapest price. If Mega 10 didn’t offer their price guarantee, I would drive past it on the way to Bunnings. From a 25+ years tradie.
Thanks for keeping it on the tools.
In what way? 😅
Just like how your content is tool focused, or relatable. Your thoughts on stuff your trying out, or tried. And to the point. Its why I subbed.
@@calvluc8316 cheers mate
For extremely low power tools or things youll use once on a blue moon it might bw worth it
Noticed you using Delfast nails and red twin tip gas, neither work well in a Paslode, Ive proved this many times. Paslode nails drive better than Delfast, less kickback, Paslode gas is higher pressure and higher energy in each dose. Red twin tip gas starts misfiring in a Paslode gun after the cell is 50% expired. Cell contents are proven by weighing the cell. Delfast gas leaves a black deposit in the gun and it needs servicing more often. Back to back tests between Delfast and Paslode gas and nails prove this time and again. Alan's Toolfix Taupo
Hello, paslode is better than dewalt dcn 692 ?
Awesome stuff, where do you source your rivets from, have to do maintenance on mine 😊
They cpme from the usa in bulk, but can send you some if you message me on instagram 🙂
Great video brother , I run Taurus in the UK 🇬🇧 but get so frustrated there’s no speed sqaure slot . Look like 2 great pouches ATB 👍🏻
Nice work. The upside with leather, it can be reconditioned and altered if still in fair condition. And a great example of what peak can do. A work mate had you do something similar to his belt and he’s stoked with it.
Thanks Tuhi I appreciate the time to comment and the kind words 🙌
Nice work bro. Given me some ideas. Still running my 18 year old belt(with a few mods and additions). Chur
I mostly havecauthentic but ive gad knock offs last years and ive also had a knock off burst in flames in my truck🔥
Should have shown them with the pliers
Nice hammer, Is that still the original handle mate,
Yup, still original. Going into its 3rd year
@@CarpentryAndMe that good to hear mate. There hard to find atm, would u rate it better than a stiletto timber handle ?
@@jakemccosker8461 never used the stiletto to be honest mate
I find bunnings a hopeless store to try and get any advice as the staff have no idea unless its really simple. Mitre 10 beats them hands down. I would like to know when their slogan is going to change - something along tbe lines of ----only the beginning. This has been my experience. Cheers Ian
Hikoki is a beast for 2 months. Then the trigger doesn't react anymore. 4 machines all the same issue.
I'd get this one
Im really into it. Light and tight... I use the occidental 5in1 one side and an occidental framers pouch the other side.... but it gets too heavy and bulky when having to climb around all day... If u ship to uk id get one
Flick us a message on instagram, peak_toolbelts
Man I wish I’d found out about this before all the metal ones were sold out! Just ordered 2, standard and a metric one.
I have 12inch but I don’t use it as a Rule.
Looks useful. They should have metal ends like the Kincrome or old Fiscoes used to have.
I use both those hammers, carry a 16 oz estwing curved claw for all purpose and the Dalluge 16 oz for framing. I used heavier hammers but my elbows suffered so prefer the Dalluge over the Stiletto that i had before. Hockey stick tape on wood handles works great, readily available in Canada.
