The BEST Homemade Thousand Island Dressing!
I made it while watching you, but why don’t you tell us the amounts?
do they grow here in the philippines?
Thank you for the taco bar it looks delicious there was some things on there I didn't even think about yummy I will be doing this one
GO IRISH!!! thank you for the recipe.
Lol you add more ketchup to make it more red ....😂 You wanna be TH-cam chefs
How did you water them? Soaking the tray or from the top?
Looking forward to seeing well these grow next year.
I grew nasturtiums, no sanding or nicking, but soaked them. They were very successful. The next year I sanded them but did not soak them but was much less successful. Nonethelesd, the ones that germinated grew proliffically.
Lady, get yourself an stand mixer, it will help you a lot ❤
i have the square elite Gormet Dehydrater
Thank you so much mother more years God bless you you have helped me on that issue of a slef watering planter
Hmmmm what happened to adding onions?? Lmao!
This is exactly how my mother used to make them. She ground her beef and pork herself on one of those grinders you stick on your table. Oh the memories.
No need to nick or soak. Mine germinate fine. Even pop up all over the garden as volunteers.
I don’t nick the seed nor soak them I just throw them back in the garden and they grow fantastically.
Really enjoyed this video! Didn’t know you could grow garlic in containers like this. I will be planting in September!
Geez almost 6 minutes in before even getting into the recipe. I almost left the video.
What about the onion? It was minced but never added to the dressing.
Was waiting for that too
Love how down to earth you are! Will definitely check out your blogs. Thank you for this information!
Looks great. Easy. Thanks for sharing
I bought my first pack of Nasturtium seeds last fall. I have yet to plant them as I’m not quite as confident in growing anything from seed. It’s the last week of May, so I’m assuming that it’s too late to plant them for this summer. My goal was to plant them in flower pots instead of in the ground. My seeds are called Dwarf Jewel, Non-GMO, Heirloom seeds by Gardeners Basics. The packet says to soak them up to 8 hours and then plant immediately or they will die. Will it be okay if I wait until next spring to prepare and plant my seeds? There is no date on the packet. Thanks for your advice. BTW, I’m in North Carolina in zone 8a.
I've never nicked or soaked nasturtium seeds but still have great success. I'm sure nicking and soaking makes them germinate faster, but in my own experience, I haven't found it necessary.
Very helpful! Thanks so much.
My package directions said to push into the soil but not to cover? Seeds from Eden brothers, what do you think?
Please show us how to thin these yearly!!! Love your videos
3:17 - I ordered my seeds from Amazon and I’m clipping the seeds now. I’m on seed 35 and not a single one has sunk.
I like your energy & conscience to use and pay as little as possible.
Do g float test Nasturtium, they have a cork coating but it can be rubbed off if you're so inclined. Awesome vid!
Too much talking. 😅
Absolutely
I just saw another recipe and no onions were added it was basically mayonnaise ketchup relish do onions have to go in
Could you tell me the spacing between the trays? I mostly do chicken feet for my puggies, and i'm having issues finding one with good spacing
the floating seeds test for viability is an horticultural myth, you can plant them all :)
Can you harvest the seeds the first year they are produced?
Good tips, thanks. Just a heads up, I couldn't see exactly how much you were nicking off the shell because your hands were out of the frame.
Use a cheese grater for the onion
I’ve successfully grown Nasturtiums from seed for a few years with no nicking, no soaking, no sanding… keep the top of the soil moist… which you should be doing anyways. And the float test is for hydrated seeds only.
I ordered a 2 pack of the beds from Amazon. They didn’t give me directions with them. 🤦🏼♀️ 8x4x2 is there anyway you could send me the directions somehow?
I see you have a few Birdi brand beds. Your thoughts on those in comparison?
What’s next? Heat-mat? Dome? Lights? 🤷🏽♀️
I love how she says to ask questions too!😝🤣, didn’t answer the most important one that you asked.
My raised beds warm up faster than ground soil . We use a cut milk jug to make a warm tent ( greenhouse) over the tomatoes 🍅 when we plant them in our raised beds . That works great . ❤
I live in west Mich ( Holland ) when do you start your seeds in doors ? We use them fresh and I fry them to put in tea and other dishes . They have so many good medicinal benifits . ❤❤
I bought mine from Baker Seed and filed them which was a pain . The all started and bloomed . Bought a bunch of different kinds/ colors this year 2024 ❤ great video
Thank you for telling me this . I try to look into people and try to support business and people that do things right by the Lords Rules. I love watching your video’s and look for them everyday . Question you might want to address in your daily chats. Do you take debit cards? That is all we are using now because we have been hacked so Much .❤❤❤❤
We love them on salads . I fry them and add them to most my dishes . ❤
Culinary bliss at its best! Each bite is a taste of pure joy
I have heard you can store the roots in a bucket of dampened soil too....just got 24 2 year old roots delivered......thx for video
You absolutely can! Happy growing!!
thanks
Great tips and sharing your experience. I'm a new subscriber 🌞
Looks yummy❤
Thank you 😋
Nearly all will float if they’re dried properly until they soak up some water..not good advice
Likewise! I planned ahead to get mine going on St Patrick day so that I'm ready to harden off in April into May. I'd never heard of nicking them or filing them before, I followed the directions on the package and within 4-6 hours into the soak most floaters had sunk. I also soaked them in cold tea, I was told years ago this kind of medicates them against pests and or birds. It's always worked for me before, I'm especially hopeful my peat pots will be ample come planting season.
I am planting Music and Persian Star. This will be the firs time growing garlic so I'm excited about it!
Sounds great!
