This is just a place to put videos that I want to show people. I am not an influencer or creator. A large number of viewers have come here to watch the full-length episode of MTV's Remote Control I posted on which I was a contestant in 1989. I taped it on VHS (at the "highest" quality setting) on the night it originally aired, and all the commercials are included. Thanks for subscribing, but I have no more episodes of Remote Control. I post very rarely, and they tend to be unrelated videos. If you do have any questions about my appearance on the show and being behind the scenes, post them in the comments. I do try to answer any that I can. And, yes, the judges did screw over Jason on one of the answers during the show and gave me credit for an incorrect answer. However, the points would not have made a difference on the outcome.
Truck Driving in War Thunder
A short video demonstrating the fun of driving a custom truck in the MMOG War Thunder. It's a Soviet GAZ-AAA, sporting four 7.62 Maxim machine guns mounted in the bed and a paint job from this guy in Frisco.

Constructing the Culbertson Hills Swimming Pool in Edinboro - 1966
มุมมอง 1878 ปีที่แล้ว
This video is a transfer from 8mm home movies shot by my uncle, George Gall, in 1966. It shows the construction of the Culbertson Hills swimming pool (now called the Edinboro Legion Pool) in Edinboro, PA.

MTV Remote Control Final 1989
มุมมอง 3.2K9 ปีที่แล้ว
I appeared on the MTV game show Remote Control in 1989. This is the final part where I had to identify music videos in order to win a car.
Out of everything he won only that guitar is still worth anything.
It was 35 years ago! That was my first new car, and it had AC and lasted forever. I drove it across the country quite a few times. Most of the other prizes I gave to family and friends. I still have the original NES and the home version of the game. I never got good at the guitar, but a few years ago, I gave it to my nephew, and he loves it.
@ awesome. So few people actually beat that video challenge
@@nathanielgreer2764 Yeah. The two "hard" videos they included were the Cult's "Fire Woman" and the one from Tin Machine. The Cult's album came out three months before the taping, and I don't think it had really hit it big yet. The video was getting some airplay but wasn't in high rotation, but I had bought the CD right after it came out and was listening to it heavily. The first thing Ken Ober asked after congratulating me was how did I know the Cult. David Bowie's band "Tin Machine" had released their album one month before the taping. Obviously, he's recognizable, but you had to be watching MTV regularly to catch the new single from "Tin Machine" to even know about it. It was one of those side projects that didn't make it onto the radio, and even most people today who recognize Bowie might not even know about it. I think they only did two records. A few years later, I would have been slammed trying to identify videos and artists, so it was good timing for me. Thanks for the interest.
The prizes were on point
I used to watch this as a kid… lol 😂
nice
14:00 oof, big Critical Research Failure with the show having NASCAR and IndyCar backwards. If I was Jason I would have protested.
There was a British version of this show that aired on Channel 4 in the early 1990s & it was hosted by Tony Wilson.
Anyone else here because of Joe Rogan and Adam Sandler?
I was a senior in high school...I wanna go back in time !!!
Good job, Mullet Mustache Man!!! 🎉 👍
It’s all coming back to me now… Forgot all about this
Code-a-phone actually tells you the time and day of the message. LOL
Alicia Coppola is beautiful just before heading to Another World.
I miss the old MTV
Who is Gina?!?! I am sure she is an actress!
Can we go back to this time?
The correct answer was stock car racing, or NASCAR. Ken was wrong on that one.
Ha ha, I'd forgot how great this show was --- and the 80s commercials are a bonus.
How long did you have the car? Hopefully got a lot of good years out of it
I was 11 when this aired and I still remember watching it all the time. Watching this is like being in a warm blanket. Thanks for posting!
Omg. I miss these days.
The last time I seen this was the summer of 88.i can't remember if it was on in 89.
I was 17 at this time. 89.
The Mtv I grew up with, dont exist anymore!
L.A. Gear, I actually had a pair back in ‘91
I love watching the commercials. I am a 80s kid
16:55... And guess what Ken, the "odd couple" of men in bed together are still happening wohooo🥰🥰🥰🥰 We love it💞💞💓💓❤❤
I actually had that car, and it was surprisingly fun to drive. RIP Pietro
Gina was great. Ken couldn’t handle her.
Every episode is always white guy, white girl in the middle, white guy (contestants)
Remove Rob Dyrdek and his dumb arse shows and bing back REMOTE CONTROL!
Also at 22:42 is that Freedom Rock, man?
21:15 omg the Club MTV live concert tour! You guys remember that? Right before Milli Vanilli was exposed! Lmao goddamn I love this! Thank you and god bless everyone who recorded Remote Control and posted it on TH-cam.
13:55 Mistake. Allison and Yarborough were NASCAR drivers. NASCAR is indeed stock car racing. I hate to say it, but this mistake caused you to win and Jason to lose. He should have been awarded 20 points because he actually got the question right when he said "stock car racing." Correcting this error the final score would have been Jason 170, you 155.
They accepted Indy car racing as a correct answer but not stock car racing? Talk about FUBAR.
I remember waching this
But you know everyone must get stoned 😂
I wonder where that car is at now
Such an amazing time to be alive.. wow that 80s mustache 😂 Wow I forgot that’s when Batman came out and ghostbusters 2 .. damn If you’re a younger generation watching this video and reading this comment, you watching this saying wtf was wrong this is sooo strange, that’s how are parents felt and that’s how we feel about life now.. life was simple back then.. life was more enriching, going to concerts were cheap, $50 got you in the door and a shirt or 2.. summer was great being a kid, rode our bikes on endless summer adventures , parents always took us on vacation , there wasn’t drama everywhere , people actually got along , there was no social media , no phones everywhere.. I wish that the only thing your generation had to worry about doing the hallway nuclear drills where we took our desks in the hall and knelt under them.. we had freedom as kids , every adult in the neighborhood knew us, looked out for us , neighbors were families.. it’s sad and it hurts that kids can’t be kids and enjoy life nowadays.. ask your parents or grandparents.. I’m so sorry that the generations before you have let you down.. well the boomers especially, they steamrolled the 2000s while we were away at college.. anyways sorry about that ❤
The last decent show on MTV !!!!
That baby crawling around and around in circles is probably in his 30s now 34 or 35 years old 😂😂😂
I turned 23 on this day, oh and who is that hot girl with Colin? Definitely not Kari🤷🏻♂️
How fun! They really should reboot this show. The commercials add so much to the nostalgia! I was 7 when this show aired but I remember watching this at my friend's house.:)
That may be the ugliest car I have ever seen.
Honestly Alicia Coppola was the reason I tuned in! Super gorgeous!!!!!
Thanks for posting this great show! It was such a great time back then. We had so much fun. This was my favorite show. Then we had all the great videos 💖💕💞
The Allison/Yarbrough answer was actually correct by Jason and wrong by Jim. NASCAR is actually stock car racing and not Indy car racing.
This was the peak of MTV, this and spring break ruled back in the day lol, then "The Real World" came out, and MTV would never recover. Many years later it would produce the "Jersey Shore", and the fall of western civilization has followed. Damn you MTV, why couldn't you just play music!!
14:53 This too turns me on
2:22 Don’t tell me I’m the only one turned on my this gesture
This show was the best! I was in high school when this aired, great MTV memories! Love that the commercials of the time are in there too.
This was Classic, launching the Careers of Adam Sandler, and Colin Quinn. Plus hey had a Video Game version. Dead or Canadian.
