@@PassaicRiverFishing I caught a smallmouth bass in the Passaic River a few weeks ago. Also a yellow perch.

@@tenrec it’s the video before this I believe caught a largemouth. I was only there 40 minutes then had to leave.

@@PassaicRiverFishing and try always to use a yellow spinner when its sunny and a gray when its cloudy

@@aphirin3848 I always have maybe 4 lures I plan on using in a spot …and the way I look at is I would like to catch a fish on every one of those 4 lures in a particular spot…again if it’s Sept Oct Il be using reaction baits which basically guarantees you a fish and of course knowing the area helps but any reaction bait will most likely work…Keitch-Jerkbait X Nanahan-Donkey rig whether it’s a tube or a fluke-chatter bait-Crank bait-Spinnerbait-or of course Top water like a Wake Bait or popper or whopper plopped whatever you have confidence in,appreciate the subscription thanks talk to u soon

It’s a decent Smallmouth I’ve gotten 3 and 4 pounders out of there 2lbs 5OZ is kinda normal size to decent size for a smallie in the Passaic in my area,appreciate the Subscription welcome

That’s a pike. You can tell by the color. Pike have orange-brown stripes while pickerel have highlighter yellow stripes

@@PassaicRiverFishing Yes , I actually fished the Passaic but closer to the headwaters .Caught a couple of small pickerel .

It use to be good bk in the early 2000s its Highly Pressured…Il be honest I don’t even waste my time at that spot only went there bec I was meeting a friend,now with that being said not too far Down River from there is 15Times better I can limit out in several of my spots in 1 hr truthfully speaking,appreciate the subscription…I do this for the locals and for the younger kids growing up esp in my town who are learning abt bass fishing…hav a great day talk to you soon

Yes…I uploaded a video 2 days ago that same spot has a good amount of pike look up 27” pike recent video

It’s good enough for me considering I live 3 blocks away

@@PassaicRiverFishing yea i live in west paterson of woodland park, i just wanted to know what it’s near to go check it out, i have a couple spots but so far only caught a pike and a couple carp no bass
