I follow you both! I would love that poster! I have several favorite Bond films, but I have to go with Casino Royale. It really opened up entirely new avenues for the character, stunts/action choreography and the franchise, as a whole. 👍

I, too, am feeling the effects of the Yellow Death Dust! Feel better soon! Speaking of Bonding, I helped set up then shoot then tear down two different action pistol shooting competitions this weekend with some great friends. My Favorite Bond film is OHMSS, because you get so many key story moments that have carried over into the franchise including Tracy, Blofeld, Walther, Aston Martin, and George really had a lot of guts going into this film.

Hello hello from 007_forever_ ....my favourite Bond film would be From Russia with Love.....the 2nd outing of Global 007 was awesome compared to its time...real good Spy film can be watched anytime.. Always crave for that Connery Bond era

My favorite Bond film is "The Spy Who Loved Me"! Great video, guys! Marcelo, you have an amazing villain's lair, view, and collection. We were in San Diego for the first time this time last year and had a blast. What an amazing place.

We saw Casino Royale in concert years ago, it was an incredible experience. Sadly not seen another one locally since.

Wow, what a wonderful experience that must have been! And how wonderful to have been able to share it with your Mom and your friends. I've only been to two such performances - both were on a much smaller scale. Both were live orchestra accompaniments to classic horror films, "Nosferatu" and "Suspiria" at The Oriental, a wonderful old movie palace here in Milwaukee. The latter score was performed by the original artists who scored "Suspiria" back in 1977. I think I mentioned to you that my oboe teacher played with the San Francisco Symphony - I looked her up on the roster and was saddened to see that she'd passed away a few years ago. I'll have to watch for any Bond score performances by the Milwaukee Symphony - they've done a couple of the Harry Potter and Indiana Jones movies. Great podcast, Chris! Thanks for sharing that experience.

You're so right about the moviegoing experience - there's something magical in watching a projected film and hearing the audience members around you react to the action on screen, We Bond fans have indeed dissected the films and to hear unexpected reactions to the content is very refreshing. Great job on the bow tie! I wear bow ties exclusively and I have seven tuxedos (all custom made for me) which I wear quite often. I am wondering if you wear a French Cuff tuxedo shirt as well as shirt studs. After all, a full tux deserves to be worn with good jewelry any time you go Black Tie.

It really is a good-looking bow tie and high quality. My wife got it for me as a wedding gift, and let me tell you something, a wedding day is not the time to learn to tie a bow tie 😅. And you literally made me realize I didn't have to untie it and could have just unclip it instead.

Wonderful conversation I really enjoyed hearing your choices and the reasons behind them. Also, you both shared some amazing anecdotes of meeting some of the performers in person! Chris, that is super cool that you've trained in the same type of aircraft as the Flying Circus - talk about runway cred!
