I was considering to buy the remaster, but I read somewhere that its full of bugs, and then I found about destination paris mod for commandos 2, it allows you to play BEL, BCD, Commandos 2 and 3 missions on the Commandos 2 engine, some mechanics have been modified, and missions have been retouched to make them a bit harder, (depending on the choosen difficulty) another plus of this mod is the fact that it has lots of missions (+400) some are good some are bad, and it allows the game to actually use all the screen. In my opinión the mod is a better option than the remaster

I played this in the worst way imaginable. One the OG xbox back in 2005, it was brutal and I beat it without guides but i never replayed it again, im glad some modders put this in Arma3.

I did the survey island puzzle easily, but the marbles never showed UP!!! WTF??? I even did it 5 times just to be sure, there is some sound like something is opening, and then nothing...So peed off, spent 9 hours looking to solve the fire puzzle without knowing where the marbles should go, tried everything!!! I thought I was stupid!

Im still quite frustrated my main number is 9 and i have -8 ,-5 ,+4 ,+11, +14 leading up to 1 4 13 20 23 UNLESS i messed up with my gold dome

Thank you! I was so stumped! The fire marble strike force numbers on the page in my game were completely different from yours. But the base number was the same, and the placement in the grid was the same. The main mistake I kept making was to count the first tick mark as "1" and not "0." Thanks for the help!

Thank you for the video, Boris. In my opinion, this is the best PC game I’ve ever played. Very interesting story, excellent music, and maps. The graphics have been improved and are truly fantastic. The small bugs in the game can be a bit annoying, but once those are fixed, it will be perfect. I play it differently every time, and I’m always thrilled when I find an easier way to complete a mission or discover something new that I didn’t know before. It’s definitely worth trying this game. And this year, the sequel “Commandos: Origins” is coming out, which I can’t wait to try. 😉

DSP is among the most repugnant people on this planet. I keep waiting for karma to get to him, but so far, nothing. If it ever does catch up, DSP is in for the worst, which is better than he deserves.

Why people dislike the combat system in this game? the speedkills grants you flow as opposed to barricades artificially placed every now and then like on Warrior Within...

The thing with this game is, either you play it with a controller or with only the keyboard and map the buttons that moves the camera left and right to something easy to reach, but NEVER play it with a mouse... unless of course you install a specific patch released by a modder that fix the mouse's camera issue...

Can anyone confirm if the current patched version of XIII on switch is smooth/playable ? Most reviews complain about serious playability issues, but i think most reviews were made before patches. Please advise. It is currently on sale on the eshop for less than 10$. I am a big fan of the comic.

Man im glad to see someone talking somewhat positively because i really enjoyed it great commentary to explain the revolver alt fire its fanning revolvers used to be single action so you would pull the hammer back fire and then have to pull it back again fanning a revolver is using your none shooting hand to pull it back as soon as it fires does not make sense in modern games because most revolvers are double action but still looks cool
