I had naturally curly hair, more specifically 3a curls. I decided to get a ‘Botox treatment’ as they called it at the salon in January of this year. I was later told that it’s a variation of keratin. My hair is poker straight and also very brittle. I’m not sure if what I got is really keratin or something else but I’ve heard that Olaplex no. 3 helps to reverse the effects of keratin. Is that true? Do you have any suggestions on how I can get my curls back without having to regrow my hair? Thank you in advance!

Can we do this same technique but with cutting a straight line across instead of a diagonal line as i want the bangs to be a bit longer and less steep? Or does it need to be cut diagonal always? Ive seen other tutorials where you brush the opposite side of where youll wear it, cut but straight across and /or an angle, please respond!! Love your videos

Hello. I have a hair question. I believe it's true that hairs, from whatever part of the body, gently taper to a point at the tip. When you cut them, the tip is then blunted, sometimes jaggedly, which causes itching. My question is, how long after cutting does it take for the tip to return to its gently tapered condition, as I believe it will do though simple friction? I'm not asking because I'm concerned about itching, I'm simply interested in the time frame for the hair, under a microscope, to return to its "natural" state at the tip. There should be no license required to do any of these things. A person could "advertise" if they do actually have a certain "education" or not, but it most definitely should NOT be required. The Government is far to involved in our lives.

I have layers on layers on layers black box dye on my hair I dyed it today loreal paris twilight bold a blackish blue color the results ended up with my roots brownish blonde and the rest remained black ...I don't understand..I used dark hair dye why my hair turn so light???? Now I donot add it to the perm solution I do perm solution just as it is then neutralizer and without washing out the neutralizer put the olaplex right on top of that

When you use the olaplex it also gives a better curl pattern!

This is helpful! I remember learning that if I were out of level 7 , I could mix equal parts of 6 and 8 …or if I were out of level 5 I could use equal parts of 4 and 6 ,,, on and on. Then it was like magic after that 👍

My stylist suggested a Brazilian because when my hair grows it poufs out. She thought it would help with the frizz. She cut my hair and texturized it and then did the Brazilian. Now my hair is SO FLAT!
