Greetings. I'm new to your page and you are so inspirational. Congratulations on the new apartment. I already saw the tour it beautiful and perfect for a single young person. I have a friend who is currently looking for a 1 bedroom in the bronx..omg I had no idea rent was that expensive everywhere especially in the Bronx and Brooklyn has lost its F'N mind with rent here.. my friend is employed by the city and yet still can't find a apartment because most places just want to rent rooms for more than you are currently paying for your entire apartment..so I'm going to check out where you went to find yours. He's currently sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 4 ppl and he's losing his marbles .sinful what's being allowed to happen when it comes to finding a safe space to live, Everyone deserves a apartment that they can afford and doesn't have to work 2 or 3 jobs to pay rent. In the neighborhoods we as Americanized African/indigenous ppl live they're coming into our space building luxury condominiums that no one can afford and I believe the intention is to get rid of us and move us out of NYC.. Keep a watchful eye to what's happening in your communities

I found an apartment because the job I want and I’m praying for is in London and London is expensive but I didn’t want to share a home with anyone and I came across a modern apartment 20mins away from the job and is full furnished and is £825 a month I couldn’t believe it because the only homes and apartments that where similar prices where share homes but this was not and I haven’t gotten the job yet but I believe I will because only God can do it
