So the ingredients to build one have changed over the past year or so. I built one in this video during the original Sage Labs game. When Starbased was released, it did not have the option to build the ex. Eventually they added the ex back in but changed the ingredients to make it harder to craft. If you want to know the ingredients, you can go to the crafting tab and it will tell you even if you can’t craft it yet. But I recommend learning to use Eveeye. It has a great crafting tree option in the browser companion for Starbased. I made 2 or three videos on eveeye you can check out

@BeyondTheHorizon2620 I'm more getting stuck with the software and ledger part (which I believe have linked togethor) and have had the old sage version up and running slylabs, but missing buttons. All I have is FLY. Any way mate I appreciate your content it's great to see content creators being so passionate.

Yes, so I leave my computer going 24/7. I really did not notice any difference in my electric bill which is nice. I keep the computer from going to sleep in the windows setting, but let the screen go into sleep mode so I don’t burn out my laptop screen. Also, I use the Microsoft Edge browser, and I had to designate Starbased to constantly run in the browser settings. Lastly I use a Solflare wallet because it has a setting to stay on all the time and an auto-approve function. My ships are in my phantom wallet and set game up that way, then used Solflare to set up a handler/lancer wallet in SLY

So, it might be the browser game, not Phantom. They are still optimizing the game and actually going to re-release it on Unreal Engine 5. But for now, you can try loading the game, then hitting F5 to reboot it. Or close out browser and reopen it. Or restart computer. Or all three. Also, people are really helpful on the Star Atlas Discord. You can ask for help on the general chat or #ask a question channels.

How I thought about it last year is just to double my odds. Either 1 ticket, or 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 etc. each time doubles your odds . That is all you can really do to compete

It’s the Phantom wallet app I am using in the video. It does not have a star atlas app. I am just showing that it is possible to access the browser based blockchain game on a cell phone

Yea! The iPhone XR worked very laggy. So I would click or scroll on something and it would take a bit of time to catch up. But that phone was from 2019 and it was a bit laggy on quite a few things before it finally died.

It is probably blocked by your wallet. That is what happened to me. It is pretty common thing to happen. The wallet accidentally thought it was “spam” . So depending on your crypto wallet, you need to go to NFT’s and find where the spam is stored. You’ll be able to toggle or click a button to “in-flag” your badge and it will appear in wallet as normal. If you need help , tell me what brand wallet you are using. If you still can’t find it, I can let Craig know and he can fix it for you.

Yea, I fought for the golden ticket raffle to change last year but the team didn’t like my ideas. I thought we could enter one entry per wallets. If people want to create multiple wallets, go ahead. But no whale is going to have the time to create 50,000 unique wallet addresses. My other thought is one prize per player. You would have to draw the biggest prize first. But the team didn’t like this because it makes the drawing of prizes less exciting if you do main prize first. Also players can make multiple wallets. BUT, the small players can make multiple wallets too!

@@BeyondTheHorizon2620 They should follow the real world and that is the richer you are the more you would pay into the game in the form of tax otherwise the game will die gold tickets or not. Basically they have that system already but it is going the wrong way benefiting the rich how to fix this is a problem created by bots once they took away the time sink at the PC they took away fair play hence the game by not rewarding the grafter.

This video is about the community of star atlas and the most recent news for the community who has been involved for a long time. I think I am on 207 different Star Atlas vids now and some are more oriented for new players. Sorry you stumbled upon this one for your first introduction…. But Star Atlas is in very early development and is essentially a crowd funded game. It is breaking grounds because it is the first ever AAA game to be developed utilizing blockchain mechanics. Parts of the game literally live on the Solana Cryptocurrency’s blockchain. There are multiple aspects of the game out to try. A browser based game called STARBASED. This game is migrating to UE5 very soon. It has a real life economy and you can earn real life money. A second game is available for demo with an access code on the Epic Game Store. This demo is built on UE5. All games use blockchain assets that will affect each other when played. An app game is coming soon. Xmas time should have some decent new releases

@@BeyondTheHorizon2620 I've been watching Star Atlas videos for a little while now and your in particular, I've also invested a good chunk of change into Atlas and Polis and would like to get into the game too but it seems so complicated, nothing seems to be straight forward and I'm not new to gaming or crypto. If they want mainstream adoption they will have to make it easier for new people to jump in and partake.
