So I got a copy of PSO Ep1 and 2 (Xbox)first try from my local game shop today. Only paid $11. Figured I'd be able to do the offline.. Get home boot it up..... No go.need to have had an account or something before hand.. So now I have a copy of this awesome game at least 😆😆
Actually, it could be argued that you made a great decision there. The Xbox version has always been cheap, because you couldn't play it without an Xbox Live account... Which you couldn't make ever since the shutdown... HOWEVER, that's no longer the case. Thanks to INSIGNIA, you actually CAN get PSO and other original Xbox games online now. If you want, you're welcome to find me on Discord, and I can help. It'll be a lot easier there than in TH-cam comments.
I have over 500 hours on that character. It can be done faster, but don't immediately go in rushing and powerleveling, especially if you're new. Take the time to learn and enjoy the game.

Reminds me of this one instance when we were in class in high school, my whole class was playing Combat Evolved in a study hour, some guys a decade earlier had downloaded the game onto their system, they still don't know how to remove it.
This reminds me of that time in high school where we put halo on the district-wide setup. Everyone in the alternative school would be playing for a few hours each day.
I don't know how much I believe that, when we have plenty of games that run fine together across many platforms. In some cases, we see both consoles, PCs, and mobile devices all playing together. Some games have this happening even when some platforms don't even natively support the game's engine. :o

Cross Platform is hard because you need to adapt different hardware. It's even worse between PC and consoles since each PCs are a different machine.
