Well, these videos are quite outdated, honestly your best resource would be the Chosn Alchemy Discord, plenty of very very experienced and knowledgeable alchemists who are absolutely willing to help. Plus Storvar has create much more up to date and better resources than these.
Very nice video. What doesn't make sense to me is how combining more ingredients almost always lowers the values on the potion (and cooking is often the same). It is a real pity because there's this incredible system with many ingredients and potential ratios...but often the most efficient crafting for food and potions is to just keep it one or two ingredient simple.
Well, not really. There is a formula involved in processing the ingredients values to give us the final result of the potion that to the naked eye seems unintuitive.

Awesome video! Could you make a video touching on botany appliances specifically? I'm particularly trying to figure out what the hell to do with flowers in regard to extracting. Is it possible to extract anything from them?
Unfortunately not all flowers are usable in the botany appliance, or alchemy table even.
@@guildarkthealchemistking7249 ah well that explains it. Thank you! Ive been reading books on every botony lore and appliance and nothing was working haha. What is the point of all those flowers then? 😆

Correct as far as I'm aware. They believe it will make mages too overpowered. And I couldn't help but agree.

Which ingredients reduce poison effects?
There's a few, you'll just have to test.
@@guildarkthealchemistking7249 I'm more interested in advanced food, just wanted to add some more interesting ingredients to test recipes.
@@Nightowl5454 I don't know of anything that takes down food poisoning other than maybe salt or bor? I don't do a lot of cooking.
@@guildarkthealchemistking7249 I figured the food system would have many similarities to the alchemy system, that would make sense and would save development time for the 2 systems to share a lot.🤔
Alchemy looks nice. But I am a reluctant to invest into it :) I enjoy cooking at the moment :D I wonder, what are the potion effects that are presently in the game ? Their is obviously direct healing and poison. Are there any others ? Are there mana potions? stamina potions? Are their potions that raises attack or defense ? :)

Lol right? For a very basic "how-to" video I would start with explaning concepts from a script rather than creating 20 different potions and trying to explain the outcomes.

That is correct depending on Skills.

i thought i learn some basic poitons but you learn us only fucking trash..its not a fucking tutorial. These "poitons" are totaly useless.
