I am participating in the Flats and Handwashing Challenge hosted by Cloth Diaper Podcast. This event is held every year to shed light on the plight of families who struggle with diapering their children due to limited resources.
Today is Day 5 of the challenge, and I am going to discuss Cloth Wipes
Items you can Use:
Natural Fabrics by the yard: Flannel Fabric, Knit fabrics, French terry, single loop terry, etc.
Upcycled Materials: T-shirts, Flannel PJs, Baby washcloths, Flannel Sheets, Receiving blankets, fleece blankets, towels, etc.
Optional Tools: Scissors/pinking shears, Rotary Cutter and mat, sewing machine (With single or double needle), Overlock Machine/Serger

    Best DIY diaper instruction yet. So glad to see instructions with measurements. And using the extra flaps to fold right into the diaper is brilliant.

    what is the fabric material?? how long can you use them average 2-3 hours?

      I prefer hemp/bamboo strech french terry from Kinderel Fabric 300GSM or 320GSM. Cloth should be changed at least every 2 hour unless sleeping.

    I used the good key method here. Jellyroll would be slightly different around the legs.

    What kind of fabric is this? Cotton?

      It's a 97%cotton jersey. It was from JoAnn fabrics, but they discontinued this particular one. Feels like a heavy t-shirt. Not sure of the gsm.

      You need at least 200gsm 100% coton

      I use those. Those are actually my favorite daytime diapers. Doodles fabric from JoAnn. 97% cotton. 3%spandex
