It depends on the person, challenge & situation, but it can be got just about anything (& is essential to the EFT process)- A repetitive pattern, a self-perception, a relationship, a block, past event, disempowering habit, limitation, doubt, resistance, fear, etc. When we bring forgiveness into the Tapping process, it’s an incredible catalyst for healing, transformation & inner growth. Anywhere in our lives that isn’t currently “flowing,” there’s likely more forgiveness work that needs to be done. Happy Tapping! ✨
