A little bit of a hill workout. Interesting planning the run with the time change. We also got to talk a little about stretching and diet topics. We need to work on being disciplined to follow through though.

Day number 10 - woohoo! Implementing my new training style today - shorter distance and attempting to move a little faster, but I guess we still need to work on the fast part. I think I will start putting the running data in the description as well for a quick reference. Long road to marathon still!

Today we finally get to sit and discuss training plan, how things are going, and overall what we have learned so far. Little bit longer in order to cover everything, but we are moving along fantastic. Marathon will be here in no time!

Well… we are about a week into training. I need to spend some time to have just a 1 on 1 with myself to go over everything. So far I think things are going well, but we have a whole heck of a lot of work to accomplish still.

Day number 4 was an awesome run. Furthest yet at 2 miles. Still feeling a little slow, but we are still in early stages of training. So far learning a lot about myself, discipline, and will power. Still a long ways to go though. Tune in!!

Day 3 - getting better every day. So far I have already learned quite a bit about myself. I feel very capable of accomplishing the daunting task, but a lot more work needs to be put in. Still working out a schedule to try and upload stuff. Keeping tabs on inner dialogue during the workout, and what each workout consists of. The new debate is whether to start going a longer distance, or to start...

Day 2! Not too bad today. Went the full mile with no stopping. Hard to find some alone time to sit and record after thoughts, but I will continue to write things down. Eventually we can have a schedule. Overall not too bad - the Grit N Grind continues.

Welcome all to my channel! This will be the first of many physical/mental challenges we will take on. My goal is to use this as a way for me to hold myself accountable for getting work done. We Grit our teeth and Grind through the difficulties life will throw at us. This is my very first video ever, so hopefully it turned out good! Tomorrow will bring new challenges that we have to push through...

    You can get a stitch from eating or drinking too much right before you run! Or your breathing may be off, in through your nose out through your mouth is most efficient way to regulate breathing when running 🏃

      Also with your pains, go to a running shoe shop, they will analyse your technique and give you tips to avoid injury and recommend right shoes for your foot type!
