Good question! I see it more as teachers, where I can learn from their specific traits which they mastered. Role models have the connotation of just idolising, wanting to be like them and not questioning their bad traits and false or negative beliefs. So in that sense my only role model is my future self ;) But currently I'm studying the world views of Marcus Aurelius, Steve Jobs, Leonardo da Vinci & for a bit more modern and tangible Alex Becker.

Good question, I guess it depends on how many hours you want/need to work. It is definitely not an easy degree, it also depends on how easily you learn.. But I believe not many people manage to work at the same time for more than lets say one day of the week. And not many work at all.. (you won't have a lot of free time haha)

Hey man nice to hear that you follow your dream! In Zurich the main language is Swiss-German but you'll get trough with german and english as well. French is spoken in different areas of Switzerland. As far as I know, most master degrees are taught in english :) good luck to you!

For masters you're all right with just knowing english Bachelor's is mostly in German for the first few semesters

The quick answer is no, its never too late to learn new things. But I think it depends on your individual situation! I'm also 23 and started my current degree in January this year, after quitting ETH. I'd be happy to help you with your decision and maybe give you some insights about my path. Uni is only 4 years, if it’s valuable to your imagined career track, 23 is fine.
