If you read that link from fortnite that's from 2017 when Renegade Raider came out and it says nothing about exclusive
No when you want to go buy those two skins Renegade Raider and arrow salt Trooper in the description of the bottom before you purchase them I said these items are not exclusive and they may return in the future

No, they wouldn't abandon everyone who has an Xbox. Gamepass isn't on PlayStation anyways so they would lose a massive chunk of revenue. Exclusives were always terrible for gamers too. The sooner they go away the better
