I think Your right about this for the most part but its not only bandit most sites are like this I know sites where the admins would talk to the ppl who use the site and they wouldn't ban them and would promote it to them I have seen more sites start using kys now. on the other fact of house edges the majority of sites have to high of a house edge and try there best to make it so people have a really chance of profiting 80% of gambling sites are Run by scummy people and do very sketchy things behind the scenes of the gambling sites ive heard things about what some of the owners have said and done but its just weird to see these are the type of people running sites so I do think that there not worth Using.
