The warranty is for a year or two I think, but you can still return the game within 7 days and get your money back if it doesnt work. Ive been to that gamestop before, not sure if you asked but the PS1 games sometimes have the cases they just dont put the jewel cases out on display and keep them behind the counter for some reason.

I bought a dreamcast on ebay two summers ago and it was tested and cleaned. I would recommend you replacing battery and led light if you can. I replaced both no issues with it. Two, dreamcast console you can't buy in person you have to buy online.

well that was really nice for them not asking you to send the games back. they could've sold the case for slave zero and sold the rainbow six as a damaged game and recouped some loss. also knowing this some people might make fake complaints to get free games. but since they are not asking for them back you can swap slave zero case with rainbow six and they pretty much just gave you a free game

I would say get them both if you can get the originals for a reasonable price. Or if the orignal was a part of your child but other than that get the get the remakes. unless the pull too much from the orginal. like the marvel vs capcom collection is coming out physical soon. I'm getting that rather than paying 100+ dollars per game when the collection is only 44$. I would be nice to have mvc2 on dreamcast but im not going to cry without it

I would not recommend Mercari buying unless it's super cheap it's because due to the changes they've made about buyers paying all the fees like service fees, processing fees so pretty much the higher price you're buying the higher those fees. I mean shipping fees is fine, but those fees are ridiculous.

Your quest to obtain a working DC is how my quest for a working 32x went. With the game disc in question looking super clean... it could have been resurfaced. I have personally had a couple of situations where after I had a store resurface a DC game for me... it rendered the disc unplayable, it would only randomly load and never get past certain points. Hold the disc up to a light source, if it seems too transparent and the surface looks totally scratch free... it was probably improperly resurfaced (wrecking it.) Net result for me when it comes to scratched DC discs... I don't bother asking for a disc resurface from the stores in question anymore.

I ordered 3 Dreamcast games from them once. Two of the games work perfectly fine but my copy of Ring freezes and refuses to play midway through the game. I don’t know if I can blame them. When a seller says they “play tested” they usually mean they booted up the game and played it for a few minutes to see if it works. I am pretty disappointed but I don’t think it’s outright their fault. I’m buying a 24 year old CD, god knows where it’s been and what it went through. I bought another game from a completely different seller.. same issue. So, in my opinion when you buy old ass games it’s a bit of a gamble.

I've been buying games in lukiegames for almost a decade already, I haven't got a problem yet. The part I liked is that I always get complete although some games does not always come with manual like for example like Ducktales remastered ps3 and so far, I got like 288 games of ps3 most of them bought from Lukie. Only console is the one I don't really recommend buying there since its way overprices and some games do cost of the same value, and some is higher or even cheaper but not really much because you get CIB, also remember if u buy 25 and over games total the shipping is free and no tax which is another cool thing about that website. I did buy lots of nes games from them too before but not anymore due to the inflation keeps going up now lol. I'm only buying ps3, 360 and OG xbox games from them atm since the prices are really good for online. I don't have to worry about it's going to be generic box like gamestop lol.

Hi, As someone who lives in the UK, I guess what I'm saying could be inaccurate as my experience with the console is in a PAL region but I doubt it. Dreamcasts are normally extremely noisy (mechanical noises, not fan noises) and normally will not go to the start-up screen if a disc is inserted. The moment I couldn't hear the Dreamcast whirring away when it was asking for the date, I instantly suspected you had a problem. However, Dreamcasts in general are quite reliable. It is unlikely that this was damaged during the shipping (although to be fair, the seller didn't pad the bottom of the box and only thinly wrapped the console so it is possible) and I would suspect that the console hasn't been tested by the seller properly. I would ask for a refund and get another. Honestly, if the controller with the intact analogue stick was advertised as fully working as well, I would probably leave negative feedback for the item not being as described as well, as the stick isn't meant to be loose like that and it seems that carelessness from the seller has wasted your time and money seeing as there're multiple faults.
