Hi! Here's some context about this weird cover! The original upload of this (in glorious 60fps!) can be found here: th-cam.com/video/XPHwdzrzf2o/w-d-xo.html It was made private when TH-cam did the big API change or whatever but I just went and made it unlisted. While I do like the cover, the visuals are so freakin cringe lmao. The flashing colors (and the "epilepsy warning, m8" text at the beginning) come from what I think must've been the most popular upload of the song at the time, which has since also been taken down. I'd love to make a proper SNES cover of this using all the knowledge I've gotten over the past few years of making chiptune to do an even better job, and maybe even cover the full song! So look forward to that! Embrace the cringe! One of the things I learned about Montage Parodies since making this is that they were meant to make fun of little kids screaming into their mics on XBox, and at some point those kids discovered the meme and started making them unironically, which kinda killed the joke. I discovered this weird internet subculture just around the time that happened, so yeah. I feel like this is an example of me hopping on a funny trend without knowing what made it good. Still shocked that I was able to squeeze so much dubstep wub wubs out of Famitracker though! :D

i always thought it was funny that this was made by mcdonalds, that they of all people made a song about eating healthy food

The Yummivore would have to be good friends with Om Nom, as he eats a lot of the same things (except for stuff like cheese because he actually hates that, despite eating so much stuff as depicted in the cartoons)

Amusingly enough, often considered 'the missing' song of The Missing's library. Always a favorite, a pain to find, and I keep coming back every few months to listen again. Thank you for the upload.
