INGREDIENTS:
Bread slices as required
Butter as required
Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
Carrot grated 1/2 cup
Capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes and Oregano as required
Cheese grated as required
METHOD:
Firstly, In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise,red chilli sauce, pepper powder, salt and veggies. Mix everything well.
Preheat the air fryer for 4 minutes at 180°c.
Take a bread slice and apply butter on one side of the bread.
Spread veg mayo mixture generously on one slice of bread.
Spread grated cheese over it and Sprinkle some Oregano and chilli flakes.
Then, cover and press with another bread slice over it.
Take out the basket from the preheated air fryer and grease little butter on the bottom.
Place the sandwich into the airfryer basket and put it back to the airfryer.
Air fry the sandwich for 4-5 minutes at 180°c.
Once it completed take out the basket and remove the sandwich from the basket.
Cut the sandwich into triangles or squares.
