I'm really love this game

i remember playing this game on my ipod growing up and it suddenly got deleted. since i’m from an arab country i only knew limited info about this game and all the kids just called it the mango cart game so it was no help when i tried to search for it online later on. fast forward i recently got a playstation and saw crash team racing on the ps store even though it looks different from the mobile version obviously lol i’m so happy i finally know what it’s called and can play it again.

Now that I’ve completed the game, how do I go back into the map? Or replay the entire game? It keeps taking me back to the end maze/garden
