Comrades Marathon 2024 Sub 10 Bus …last 10Km
The journey of the last sub 10 Bus from Cato Ridge to the finish.
Normally I run alone and zone out, In this part of the race , I zone out, play my music from my speaker and sing along , but Comrades is too big and a busy race to run alone.
We were behind time with 2-4minutes, by the time we summited Polly Shots. The driver and Co Driver worked hard to deliver the bus in time...From Polly Shot down to the Comrades House, the group worked hard to cover the gap and be able to come in just below 10Hrs.
It was a great achievement to finally achieve the R Mtshali medal, unfortunately when we arrived, the medals ran out.

By far the most Beautiful part of the Comrades run for me.Whenever this song plays, there comes some Euphoria in the air and you just don't understand what hits you. Everyone erupts into song and dance and they forget what awaits them ...A gruelling Journey through the valleys and mountains between PMB and Durban. Enjoy and hope you like this Video

Danko @Kholomokolo ..... It was a tough day for me, struggled with a couple of niggles, i was more worried about finishing than time ... we try again and hope to see you next year.
