There is nothing here to see. Child sleeping, child moves and stretches out and continues sleeping. I have seen partial complex seizures and this just put fear into parents every time their child moves in their sleep.

I have night seizures and This is not one he's just wriggling around everyone does that

My daughter is nearly 14 months and she constantly twitches and kicks, ocassionly her hands twitch, this happens constantly every 10 seconds for periods up to an hour long or so throughout her sleep, should I be concerned?

This is NOT a seizure of any kind. He rubbed his face, stretched his legs....we all do that in our sleep. Who told you this is a sleep seizure? Me and my son have epilepsy and with 28 yrs of living with epilepsy I can tell you this is NORMAL sleep.

ok this is not a sleep seizure. My daughter has 100's of seizures a day 5 adult seizure meds and just received the VNS implant (pacemaker for the brain) to reduce 2 of the 5 meds. Your son was stretching and getting comfortable. Any movement dreams etc.will affect the EEG (we have done it all office, hospital, ambulatory, and impatient EEG) That is why you don't count on a short EEG. If you suspect seizures request an Ambulatory EEG. You could have cut the 1st 5 minutes out though ugh

your son was stretching.how do you think he is going to have a good sleep when he does not even have a bed people like you make me so angry.

Does he frequently wake up at night? My son is 26 months old & wakes up like this but a lot of times he wakes up screaming after he does what your son did in the video. We also suspect he is autistic. My son has went on streaks of not sleeping for days. He falls asleep & jerks awake.
