Your dog is so cute... How come he doesn't tear off his clothes? Because my dog just tears off whatever accessories i try on her be it bow or bandana... I can't take any cute pictures of her as well with those on because she doesn't leave them alone... So i never tried clothes on her...
We give her the clothes to play with so that she gets comfortable, once she gets comfortable we put the clothes on her. If she bites then screen NO loudly and she stops
