Great question! Each new set of prints you make will be a new edition (set of prints). You may have seen artists selling prints online and talking about the First edition of a print - just like the first edition of a book that's printed. In that case, you could write E1 4/10 for Edition 1, #4 print out of 10. There's a few ways you could go about the limitless prints. You could skip the numbering all together or just keep making new editions. I would lean towards skipping the numbering if you plan on offering limitless prints.

Sorry for the confusion! You can wrap either way throughout the entire basket - a lot of my students don't remember which direction they wrapped the previous class so it's helpful that it doesn't affect the outcome.

@@stephaniedanza The wrapping doesn't matter but it does determine how you do the figure 8. I am hoping to use your video (if the is OK) to teach high schoolers how to do this. soon as I learn it myself. Your video is great. Thank you.

@@wendyrice2996 Good point! My students struggled with that too - at around 9:06 in the video I show how my stitch has to be tucked/squished between the coils before I make a stitch. You can emphasize that point of the video when students start to struggle with that. Some other tutorials make a "bridge" stitch that goes over the gap between coils but I believe the "8-stitch" makes a stronger basket. I'm so glad I made this because then I can help students who really are struggling while other students are able to figure it out from the video. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with! I'd love it if you used this to teach your high schoolers!

@@wendyrice2996 There’s definitely a learning curve! Usually my students’ baskets start with bridge stitches and then they figure out how to do the 8stitch further down the road. You’ve got this!

Thank you! I really like mixing in watercolor for the backgrounds. Sometimes I use my Prang set, but I like the colors in my Angora set here. I try to lay down the watercolor before acrylic but I just happened to have acrylic down first on this one. Do you have a favorite watercolor brand? I'm always looking for recommendations!

Glad you’re here! I believe it’s mixed media paper (if I remember correctly) - that way I can choose if I want to go with watercolor or acrylics since I usually make decisions on the fly. Might have to make bigger versions of those boxes you like!
