Its actully strange that this episode is matching and it is last in series i think it might be done on purpose as milton did not apear in series 2 so could it of being a hint that he would not be in the second season alough he did reapear in series 3

There is also another episode in this series l like this where it misses out the story icons being show on the story machine insted it goes straigh to jelly and jacson saying good bye And another episode in this series cuts out story makers working through the night till the rising sun and starts of with stories are fabulous are fun

It was cut short due to timing of the episode

Story makers was also my favorite program series 1 was unlike series 2 3 4 series 1 was 14 muints long and im guessing that it was most likely cut short due to timing of the episode for instant the episodes being 14 minets would mean that if the episode its self went over by a few seconds they would probley cut the same number of seconds of the ending theme song short if you look at the end of the blue cow stories in this series they also regular cut the ending off a lot of bbc shows cut bits short
