iim just a random passing by, but you must do what makes you feel more confortable. People do tend to forget that theres a human being behind the avatar. A friend that had a short break from her avatar due to similar reasons, she is back to it but with a very well defined line of what she is and what are her boundaries. Always remember to set solid boundaries so you feel always confortable with who you are.

I definitely understand what you're going for, I do believe that there are times where Vtubing Can lead to you losing the identity that you originally had, although people are strong enough to not let that happen, I always wish I was a Vtuber myself, But would I keep my identity in terms of personality the same? Most likely, though it can understand that the level of burnout that can lead especially if you're using this as a job, but with the amount of users I know, they seem to do their job in a very professional way as they can.
