I got 4 acres of 100’ tall short straw pines and am looking for a small tract logging company to harvest this stuff, mainly pulp wood but honestly they’d make great power poles, all the branches are at the top of the trees. Do you know anybody who would be interested? Id do make best to make the deal worth their time as i want the land cleared. Any direction to achieve this would be great. Located in south Houston Texas area.

Thats a nice one. I cut one a few weeks ago like that. Sold it to an export buyer here in central Virginia. The 9ft butt brought $2200 at $7 a bf. Great vids

Good old loader we also have a 180 it does all our loading the head gasket blowed awhile back and we now realize how important a log loader is after loading with a farm tractor and front end loader

I found out few months ago a 180 is a super good loader

I know you probably know this but if you're getting tired of pushing trees with the skidder you can drive wedges but it's not as easy as pushing with the skidder
Yeah sometimes we have to use a wedge and hammer
