My family played this the first christmas we had a PC. We had so much fun. My kid finished it, I never managed to.

I invested a lot of hours in this when I was much younger. Got all the way to the end and got the bad ending but didn’t know that was not the only ending. No cheat books or internet to reference, just many hours of trial and error.

The claymation isn't what I find a bit eerie. It's the simple and open spaces that are mostly uninhabited, the weird blackness of the sky despite there being a "sun." We're there, but it doesn't feel quite right. A very unique and cool game.

I loved the skullmonkeys game when I was a kid. Even play it now grown up. Good memories. Love it

Everything about this game is so stylish: the art direction, the script, the plot. It all just oozes aesthetic. Really makes me glad they never tried to make a movie based on the IP: they'd probably give it to Joss Whedon and he'd just fill it with "Well THAT just happened" nonsense.
