I discovered Shar Coulson's works 2 years ago, since then, I check back and just stare at the pictures, I was stunned, and now Ive seen how she does these absolutely magnificent paintings, thats why they appeal so intense in front of me, because she feels every drop of paint, every stroke of brush, the pressure, the intensity, and when I paint(although im not a painter at all), I feel the same with colours, maybe thats why I got so connected to these artworks.

Me too. So thoughtful, your insight connected well. Like minded. I have to consider my art journey as one experiment after another. I make more progress with what I initially think is a mistake only to find after it is a discovery! The actual mistake would be if I stopped.

I love hearing artists speak about their work & Kevin expresses his thoughts & painterly vision beautifully, with much humility & awe. I think it must be an amazing experience to stand close & study the many nuances & subtleties in his work!
