Did you use Drylock original on the concrete floors? If so how is it working so far? They try selling the drylock floor and wall for the floors.

$650 is definitely cheap but he also did it himself. Imagine if you had a contractor it would be double or more bc you have to pay them for labor and anything else

I need to create a room in my basement. I had drainage system installed around the perimeter of basement. I was told I can't drill into the concrete they poured or it will void warranty. How would I adhere a wall to the concrete without drilling?

Hector Lantigua yeah but he said using furniture left over wood and drywalls that he had over the years of remodeling other parts of the house. So basically he didn’t really have to buy that much materials. If you do not have materials this is easily well over $1300 if not more
1300 is still not bad at all for adding a bunch more space to his home. And a nice space :)
