Not people saying she didn’t love the Ciel we know in the show because of the manga. She loves real Ciel from childhood but she also fell in love with our Ciel after spending all that time with him. If she didn’t love our Ciel when real Ciel came back she wouldn’t have been shown to have such a hard time with choosing one over the other. There’s two indications to this 1. When Lizzy sees real Ciel instead of being over joyed she asks herself what happens now?(aka what happens with her relationship with our Ciel) 2. She admits to Edward her brother that she knew real Ciel was acting sus and different yet stayed with him over the guilt she had for betraying him(betraying him can be seen in two ways here 1. For not realizing our Ciel actually wasn’t real Ciel after he returned 2. For having feelings for our Ciel after she said she would always only love real Ciel)
