I roasted a Columbian Geisha on a Fresh Roast, Behmor and a Huky 500. Each had its own unique flavors. Huky had the most flavors, then the FR. The lighter the roast for all three, the more tea like it was. Also tasted the best 3 days after roasting. Too bright after 24 hours. Bottom line is that with any roasting method, a good Geisha really shows it stuff.
