Thank you for the info! We are working on a currently USDA Assumable loan for purchasing a house in TX. The paperwork is being done but the title is showing the previous owner as well as us……is the normal? That seems weird to us as we are purchasing the house from them

I've only had one buyer who was so extremely difficult and un-cooperative that I had to get involved in order to get the necessary information to Dawn. Turns out this person was equally as un-responsive when it came time to pay mortgage payments.
