I hope you are well. Your video content is very nice, interesting, and informative. But your videos are not SEO-friendly. (SEO means search engine optimization.). To increase views organically on TH-cam, you must do video SEO. This will increase the number of viewers and subscribers to your channel, and you can be nominated for monetization.

You know what? I’m a regular viewer of your TH-cam channel. I have seen all your videos, and your content qualities are very good. I learned lots of things from you. Your channel has great quality content, but still, it's not delivering to the right audience due to SEO problems. You should focus on your SEO to get a large fanbase. Thank You.

Would love to hear a talk on the value of vendors staying at a market and building a clientele vs hoping from market to market in search of the big payday. It seems like a lot of vendors want to chase the next bog market or sale instead of helping to build the overall health of a market and community.

Great episode! Scouting for new vendors can be an overlooked part of markets. I really liked the part about visiting other markets looking for vendors. That can always be a touchy subject for some and I agree, we don't go to same day markets to look for vendors, we too are usually working our own markets. And that vendor grapevine, good or bad, news goes like wildfire! Really enjoyed this one!

Great episode! Having to close or thinking about closing is one of the more stressful things as a market manager! Great discussion about it. On vendors not showing, it can really hurt the rest of the vendors because it denies the manager the ability to shift vendors to fill the vacant spots if vendors no show. We are don’t make vendors pay their vendor fees for a no show because we know life happens but we are currently in discussions to charge the vendor fees for vendors that no show without a call, text, or email to let us know they are not showing.
