This is so annoying.... I did everything right and I ended up somehow losing everything. I wrote down the password, the code, I double checked and even screenshotted it to be safe, and I don't know what the error message says because it isn't transferring. Why didn't they just do a link google or something?

You simply choose and type whatever you want in both of the first 2 boxes then it’ll give you the transfer code. Then you use the transfer code and the password you choose when transporting your progress

There’s two ways you can kind of do it. Firstly You can create a transfer code BEFORE you delete it and then use your transfer code and password like in the video AFTER you redownload it…..but the code only lasts around 2 weeks before it expires and becomes unusable which isn’t very optimal if you’re planning on leaving the game for longer. On the case it does expire you can contact support and they’ll usually be able to get your account back if you have enough information like username ID, previous transfer codes, unlocked characters etc. I’m personally not too familiar on the second way so I can’t really say much about it. Some android/ emulator users have been using something called a user-key which is found in the games files which stores your information and been able to back it up but I personally don’t really know it works.
