what deadlock deos really good is how much impact you can have. A loosing game isn't necesseraly lost. You can always gank the other team while you loose your shrines and still win. Thats more like it. The snowballing is bussin real hard.

People expecting a complete experience in an alpha are gonna have a bad time. Normal people have flooded into a niche game full of game play depth they have never seen before in hero shooters and are confused that it doesn't hold your hands when it's not complete.

I would argue against us OW players hating, majority of my friends who've played who are also a OW player and stream it like me have LOVED Deadlock. As someone with crippling ADHD it's been heaven finally having a game besides OW to calm my brain

the only people hating on deadlock are salty tf2 and ow fans who are mad at either the design or the fact that valve is giveng them more attention. im a massive tf2 fan as well but deadlock is made by a pretty small super dedicated group that wouldnt even be working on tf2 anyways, theyre mostly dota devs

the main reason why tutorial doesn't explain each and every little thing is to avoid being too overwhelming. they even said their intention is to be a "learn as you play" game.

they hate deadlock because they invested money, time and effort in their shooter games... they hate it because its too complex and skill ceiling or too fast pace... deadlock needs to stay as it is... we have tòo many casual, slow, 1 tap headshot, slow ahh fuu pace, and wait until next round ahh shooter games already..

Wall of text patches is pretty much a staple Icefrog is known for in Dota so obviously that would translate to Deadlock since he's the lead dev there too(named Yoshi).

look let me tell you this ..... in short if you haven't played any persona games you are going to love p3 reload.... but if you have played og p3 or p3 fes you will notice many small and some big differences which are good and bad and some things are removed from reload that made the game basically lose it's taste(for example you can only use sword and not other weapons, girl party members doesn't get shy when you make them wear beach cloths in Tartarus etc etc) these fun parts are removed to make the game darker but making it darker they really toned down yukari's character.....so basically even though i loved this game even though i earned plat even though i played over 200+ hrs to hunt all Mayoido Antiques items, I don't prefer this game over persona 3 fes or portable

Riot doesn't try to balance League of Legends. More than anything the regular patches are aimed to keep the meta from getting stale. Also I totally feel like every champion is broken in League too. Honestly, even in Overwatch, at least back in the day, every hero felt OP.
