The Ghost Ship prompted interest on acquiring the Falcon as well. 🤩🤩🤩 Viewing these online, I and the rest of us fans, probably would never have known about any of the upgraded details. Thanks for the review. I just ordered this online. I'm going to display it with Han, Chewie and Leia ESB figures. Would you say the Smugglers Run version is screen accurate to ESB?

There is no way that you can justify spending $400.00 for this version the other one I bought for $79.96 on clearance during it's original release. There will only be one person who will be in my mind the pilot of the Millennium Falcon and it's not Hondo

Great looking new paint job but I paid $79.00 us clearance price for the original legacy ed during it's original release so I'm quite happy with what I have

doesn't matter how well they painted it, the guns are awful and it's not worth the money, just more Hasbro elitism.

Unpopular opinion, but I think the new Falcon is almost 'over-weathered.' I would have used less wash and gone for something between this and Legacy finish. It looks very weathered, but a toy is only as faithful as its least reaslistic element. Things like the undersized dish, oversized cockpit, and buttons stick out like sore thumbs to me.

Wow, the weathering on yours looks even more impressive than other reviews I’ve seen. Not sure if it’s just the lighting or if there are two variants. I hope I get the one you have if that’s the case. Yours looks much more of a movie accurate dark grey, while others I watched looked more galaxy’s edge tan almost. I would’ve preferred they keep the heavy exhaust weathering from the legacy version.

Great coup for the Channel to get this in hand early - I’ve shared on my FB👍🏻 Finally they’ve given us the Mando with his correct Chrome Helmet which never changed throughout the series : the original figure the helmet was too dark, the carbonised figure his helmet was too bright and shiny, and this new one is perfect👌🏼 Big 👍🏻 up and Mando Salute🤜🤛

The new Falcon looks great, excellent weathering detail and for a toy its a good job by Hasbro but as for looking like a movie prop,NO NO NO!

Mentioned in a couple of others how I got a legacy almost complete just one dejarik chess piece missing only got it 2 months ago so dont really want to spend £400 on another but the piece is so awesome should have two! Great weathering and new sounds but not worth the price. Best only to get it as an investment piece.

It would be nice to be able to buy the new radar dish.

Way overpriced just like all Star Wars collectables nowadays. If you already have the LMF, you can weather it yourself. If you do not know how to weather, there are a lot of videos on TH-cam that shows you how to do it. It is not that hard to learn.

All i need to know is does it make the "Original" Falcon Engine failure sound?

My legacy falcon was missing quite a bit. I used the Power of the Jedi Chewbacca with Dejarik table and removed those figures and placed on the table ( you should try it) I was also missing the training ball so I used Padawan Anakin Skywalker with training remote to replace it, the remote is bigger but still to scale

Just so I understand, does the new vintage collection falcon have all the engine sounds of the previous release? I really like the one where it sounds like an engine starting and then faltering.

I wish they would make a bigger one without sound for the same price .

I sold off all my Hasbro's in 2005. This ship is one and only item that draws me back in. The new paint job looks fantastic!
