Can’t you just float out and then clutch in to avoid depressing the clutch twice?
Yes you can, but the gears are much further apart than a 9-18 speed that you would find in a truck.
Did you sell the LsSalle?
I wrote on one of these back from Florida part of the trip is on a scenic cruiser and the other part was on one of these 1948 silversides I was about six years old but I remember it
