@@sigourauwerx6988 Both my brothers have Mazda 6 Sports diesels. . One has a 2017 Sky Active D 175 HP., The other has a 2009 185 HP GH model.. All manual transmission.... Then heres me with my own 2009 Mazda 6 Sport saloon GH with a 124 HP 1.8 petrol.. It feels so slow and torqueless in comparison... BUT... It's far more reliable on the plus side.. 😂

if the whine is just slight i'd say its normal, I also hear mine when its working hard. the boost leak is "stable"? its always there? what rpm more or less? I've noticed a couple situations where i lost power the last couple years: FIRST is when the DPF is regenerating, around every 250 km it starts using more fuel and limiting the power for about 10 minutes to clean the dpf filter. it has a slight turbo lag in this situatio, you can check by watching your fuel consumption (its a lot higher when dpf is regenerating). SECOND was actual mechanical damage: camshaft was worn badly, pulled okay-ish untll 4000rpm and above that there was no power because the valves were not fully opened. LAST is when the engine is not warmed up as you probably know, first 5-10 minutes of driving after a cold start the engine is running on restricted power to prevent damage, you mostly feel this in higher rpm.

@@sigourauwerx6988 car has i would say good power delivery and torque to about 2800rpm, and then it feels like power decreases and car slowly builds up rpms. My fuel consunption is about 6L/100km. And engine is really smooth and quiet, and im very happy with the car overall. But i dont think my situation is normal idk.

@@hrvojelabas7003 @hrvojelabas7003 camshaft is the only thing I encountered that came close to your situation. If you remove your oil cap (the big one to fill the oil) you can see the camshaft and check it. I have a picture of the bad one but can't post pictures here 😑

She has been chiptuned at 190.000 km, now she has 235.000 km, I always do a proper warmup of the engine but after that she gets ridden hard everyday. No real problems 😁

Thanks mate, really appreciate the comment. although I actually think It would have been better if I waited longer with shifting, I already tried in the meantime and I can reach 195kmh in 4th gear. And for a diesel, it really keeps pulling well up until 5500rpm. But it's too risky to do a lot of these runs and measure the tiny differences in time. I don't want to risk my license or anybody's safety, Just knowing it's quick enough for some smiles every now and then, and some decent overall fuel economy is good enough for me 😁

thanks dude, I do 20 minute drives to work daily, 10 minutes at highway speeds. and in the weekend often 1 hour rides. for short distances the car will be a horror show to be honest, I had the intake and valves cleaned last year because they are prone to carbon problems indeed. buying the 2.0 petrol version is a much safer bet. and thanks! it's 10 years old and 227.000 km at the moment but I quite like it. I had the first gen Mazda 3 also for 7 years, never had a single issue, just nothing

I considered doing so today, by placing my phone somewhere but it wouldn't be very pleasant to watch. I'll ask someone to fill me and make a video in the coming week, perhaps tomorrow. the quickshifter really is the best addition so far. but for very slow accelerating I prefer the clutch.

no idea, not in the mountains anyway. but this was actually a bad test, this weekend I went to Germany again and I figured out I should make more rpm, at least 200kmph in 4th gear is way better.

He oído hablar mucho de los problemas de hollín en los motores diésel. Yo compraría un 2.0 de gasolina, son mucho más fiables. Tuve que instalar un árbol de levas nuevo a los 200 000 km (1200 euros). Por lo demás no he tenido problemas, el coche es bonito y potente para remolques y no me puedo quejar de la comodidad.

a los 100.000 km hay que limpiar la admisión y las válvulas. el propietario anterior no hizo esto en mi coche. nada especial para el resto. Comprar un BMW 320d y luego tunearlo también es una buena opción. entonces inmediatamente tienes más de 200 caballos de fuerza

despues de mi arbol de levas no he tenido mas problemas. el coche ahora ha sido ajustado por chip durante 40.000 km. Conduzco normalmente hasta que el motor está caliente y luego acelero a toda potencia, incluso cuando hay un remolque adjunto 🤭. la velocidad máxima es ahora de unos 245 km/h.

6.5 is absolute perfect launch. mostly it will do something in the area of 7 seconds. but for a relatively cheap, 10 year old diesel with 225.000km its fun to out-drag golf GTD's, volvo polestar's, older models of porsche boxters, porsche cayennes, most regular bmw's,... ^^

@@sigourauwerx6988I think where you change gear is fine for a remapped diesel if you use the torque all of the time the clutch will slip

@@Mr330d it was just a sloppy attempt 😅. I was filming with 1 hand 🫣. the clutch is still original, 225.000 km now, 40.000 km remapped, towing trailer and caravan often. it's quite impressive really 😁

exactly the same, probably because I drive exactly the same 😅. If you accelerate like before you might have better economy but i have more power and I will use it as well 🤭

Well it isn't. Its how I bought it at the official Husqy dealer, it was a 2018 demonstration bike but i'm the first owner. Haven't seen other vitpilens with these colours so far though, but I like them :D

@@musky420 pretty sure I don't, seat hight is higher than my previous triumph speed triple, and I have made 25.000 km since I bought this vitpilen in 2020 and it's still great fun 😁

till 180 it is surprisingly nimble. I had quicker bikes but this one you can still keep your throttle wide open without worrying about high speed wheelies and such., and after that you dont have to worry because its scary anyway 🤣. bike it so light it starts dancing over the road at even higher speeds 🙈 (not that it ll do much more, I guess its topspeed is around 200kmh but I never bothered trying 😅

@@sigourauwerx6988 Ok nice. I removed the cat and the exhaust baffle of the stock muffler. Sounds about right to me, deep and not too loud. Also put a PCV on from Rottweiler performance to correct slightly leaner running. Goes really well.
