INTRODUCTION
Letters from a Father to His Daughter (पिता के पत्र पुत्री के नाम) is a timeless collection of letters written by Jawaharlal Nehru (जवाहरलाल नेहरू) to his daughter, Indira Priyadarshini (Later Gandhi). It was first published in 1929, and over the years, numerous reprints and editions have kept this work alive for new generations.
Written as educational essays on natural and human history, the letters were composed while Nehru was imprisoned in Allahabad, with Indira residing in Mussoorie. These letters reflect a father’s deep desire to nurture his daughter’s understanding of the world beyond the confines of formal education.

Only Bakwas here. This baseless theory was debunked by Dr. Ambedkar a long time ago and is proven fake with the volume of new evidences. Even the steppie theory that was put forward recently in order to hide the truth has ridiculous arguments and no evidence. The theory was brought to colonise people and build fake history to undermine Indian civilization. The truth is that, Indian civilization from Afghanistan to Kanyakumari has been a continuous civilization for at least 50,000 years with very insignificant genetic differences. There is no such thing called Drawidian race.
You are right to question conventional wisdom. Moreover, these letters were written nearly a hundred years ago, so we must explore what the latest techniques and discoveries reveal. I am open to any fact-based knowledge-please share your sources. I looked for this specific theory and found this: "The thorniest, most fought-over question in Indian history is slowly but surely getting answered: did Indo-European language speakers, who called themselves Aryans, stream into India sometime around 2,000 BC - 1,500 BC when the Indus Valley civilisation came to an end, bringing with them Sanskrit and a distinctive set of cultural practices? Genetic research based on an avalanche of new DNA evidence is making scientists around the world converge on an unambiguous answer: yes, they did." www.thehindu.com/sci-tech/science/how-genetics-is-settling-the-aryan-migration-debate/article19090301.ece
@NehruScholar Firstly, what is conventional wisdom? For thousands of years we have a well documented wisdom that was recognised by the entire world. The West didn't even know how to calculate or navigate using stars in the sky until Vasco De Gama was escorted by a Gujarati merchant and he took back volume of books on maths and science and then that suddenly spurred an era of so-called scientific discoveries in Europe. Newton's laws are well described in Surya Siddhanta and other vedic scripts centuries before Newton, Galileo were born.Europe didn't even accept the current numerical system until the 18th century, without which there was no way to do any tough calculations. Ujjain time was universal time even recognised by original Arabic texts. Before colonial rule, castes didn't exist in India. There were only 4 varnas based on abilities and karmas. Hindus, Jains, Buddhist and Sikhs as well as other sects were part of Sanatan Dharma and even today their texts reference each other. Even today there are nearly 40 million scripts not yet translated by anyone. All of this happened because British and later Nehruvian westernised scholars deliberately suppressed true knowledge and disconnected future generations from our true origins. Today's history is not based on scientific scrutiny and archeological evidences, rather, it's based on western dogmas and church funded propaganda. Coming back to DNA evidence, A) There is no major change in Indian DNA for tens of thousands of years going much before 1500- 2000BC. They suppress this fact. B) If you accept their theory, migrants had to overwhelm the original population in significantly large numbers (may be 4:1 or 5:1) and that too they all had to be only Male migrants. This is completely ridiculous. Using the same data, you can show outward migrations to Europe. In fact, Indian scientists have done far more detailed analysis of DNA. When you combine that with archeological finds and scriptures, we have overwhelming evidence that suggests otherwise. Although the first humans came from Africa hundreds of thousand years ago, only India had sustainable land (considering ice age and deserts) to build modern civilization. As civilisation matured, people tried to move Westward as well as Eastward up to Bali. Sugreev's map clearly show that we had knowledge of America as well as Antarctica. Original pagan civilizations who were connected to India were destroyed by religious wars whereas Eastern impact is still intact. However these findings go against the established western ecosystem which is well funded. So, it's a long fight. But truth will prevail. It's only a blip of the last 200 years when fake narratives are built. Btw, technological progress is not scientific progress. Science still fully confirms with Vedic knowledge and ideas of quantum physics and relativity were well established in vedic texts. Technological advancement requires funding and business needs.
@NehruScholar there is no such thing called Indo -Aryan language. PIE is a non-existing language purely created out of imagination and only to deny Sanskrit it's rightful place. Indic script is recently decoded and that's nothing but 100% Sanskrit. So, Sanskrit existed before the so-called mythical Aryan migration. All these theories were peddled one after another to deliberately downgrade Hindu civilization. British own survey in early 19th century (I think around 1830s) clearly shows nearly 100% literacy with pupils from all casts and religions learning languages, maths and vedic sciences. There was no poverty and no beggars. By the time Nehru was in school, they had destroyed the Indian education system by banning Sanskrit and teaching their syllabus. To this Indians opposed and most children and almost all girls dropped out from English schools. Everything needs to be rewritten from scratch to correct our history. The Indian education system was superior. This is why we had world renowned scientists like Bose (who worked Einstein), Chandrasekhar, Raman and Ramanujan in the British era, but hardly anyone at that level now. They didn't come out of thin air with just a few decades of English education system to an illiterate superstitious civilization. Current generations are the victims of fake narratives peddled due to Nehru's colonial mindset who was imposed by Gandhi despite having no support within Congress. He was not a scholar like Savarkar, Ambedkar or Yogi Arvind. He barely cleared exams on poor grades. Nehru only wrote what the British ecosystem wanted. He was very much part of colonial ecosystem and was promoted to PM not on leadership or merit, but purely because of close association with British Raj. So, whatever he wrote is just a British propaganda and today the same ecosystem has produced leftist historians in renowned colleges who can't even read original script and have to see English translations written by western scholars. But such people get grants and get funded from the west and they write our history books. True historians like B. B. Lal who were doing credible original research are deliberately ignored.
@@NehruScholar this research is not true. The published report is deliberately written in a style to mislead people. First they said, Aryan invasion, then said migration now they are saying travellers over a long period. Later they will say some holiday makers came. The date actually proves the other way round. The western ecosystem is so much shocked by evidences given by Indian researchers that for the past 3 years they refused peer review and didn't even comment on it.. as if nothing happened. And the same theories they are trying to rebrand and push again desperately. The truth is that there are genetic markers which are denser in India and as you go west they become thinner, but present all over world. Clearly showing Indian migration into the West. Modern civilization began several thousand years ago in India than previously thought. Most likely after geological changes of Sindhu and Saraswati rivers, some migrated towards the West. Skin colour is not that important. The existing genes can react to different climate conditions.
@ Thanks for sharing! I am curious what your sources say about Indus Valley Civilization! Sanskrit has not been found there and the script is still not deciphered.
In his letters nehru was giving indira history lessons. What a crack. Just give her the name of the books she can read them.
@@yesnq 😇 Usually, people teach their children by talking with them. Nehru couldn’t do that because he was in jail. Moreover, there were not good history books in those days. Nehru is considered the first person to write history from a non-European perspective.
