When they say the “red on red” or phrase that goes with it does it matter how quickly they say it? The girl in the example video she shows is almost difficult to understand for the speed she’s going and I try to make my kids slow down but maybe I should just let them go fast, does it matter if they’re getting it correct?

Hey check out an upper cervical chiropractor they helped me out a lot. They can take X rays and see if your C1 atlas bone is out of position and then they do gentle corrections so it's not interfering with the spinal cord.

Same with me but I hit my head again and it came back worse. The problem seems to lie in the top bone of your neck the atlas being knocked out of position. You can go to an upper cervical chiropractor they take X rays to check the atlas then figure out the direction to gently tap it back into place.

I just cried watching this when she explained the child that didn't know his colors. My daughter is 15. She cannot identify her colors is not colorblind. She does better with the ASL sign, but it is still iffy. She was adopted from China 1.5 years ago and we've been working on 4 colors (the colors in UNO since she loves to play it). She still cannot identify them. I will be trying what was mentioned in the video over the next few months. I have hope that this will help her. She has so many struggles (reading, language, colors, numbers, etc)....but I will start with YELLOW!

I'm a little confused as to if we would do all of this everyday. How do you decide what to do in a session and how long do you go? Should we keep doing the things from Week 1 and add this to it and do all of it everyday? I know more is coming in the next few videos so it looks like it's hard to know exactly what to do.

    • @carolbrownequippingminds2251

This is giving you some foundational games/ exercises that we use in Equipping Minds. You want to do them for at least 30 minutes a day. You continue to sort the cards for example and increase the speed they can do that activity. You are getting 29 pages of the full workbook (206 pages) which has sample sessions and outlines.
