Hi! I loved your video and thank you so much for going into detail about the program. I had a quick question. I’m currently in my last semester at Sacramento state and am a business analytics major. The major consist of a good amount of machine learning models in python, R, and some visualization on tableau. Would I struggle in the mids program knowing zero calculus? My major had no pre reqs for calc just an intro stats class and business calculus. I really want to do my masters at Berkeley but I’m worried about the lack of my math skills being a problem taking certain courses in the program.

Thanks very much for simplifying this for a lot of folks out there struggling to compose a strong SOP. I have 2 questions to ask you 1. I'm applying to a program that is research intensive in the sciences, but I don't have any laboratory work experience, except for those I got from my undergraduate study. I studied crop science and worked as a farm manager and extension worker with a nonprofit organization. However, I am looking to build a career in academia/research after my masters program....How do I relate my work experience to the my intended program? 2. Secondly, what's the best approach to communicate my career goals to the admissions team?
