Brought to you by Geoffrey Day, "Uzak Dur" is an ambient track that accompanies "Hunting With Style" and "Exploring With Style" in the second level of Viscerafest's second chapter. The song is named after a message that appears in-game written by the Nomadic Cultists in Turkish that translates to "Stay Away". Like the message, the song accompanies the cult's introduction. Brought to you by Geoffrey Day, "Hunting With Style" is the song accompanying the second level of Viscerafest's second chapter. It was also the first track composed by Geoffrey Day for the game. Tokyo Takedown - C2L1 [Viscerafest OST]
มุมมอง 73วันที่ผ่านมา
Brought to you by Michael Markie, "Tokyo Takedown" is the song that kicks off Viscerafest's second chapter, and was also the final song composed by Michael Markie for Viscerafest. Due to the overwhelming abundance of commitments Markie had on his plate, Markie ultimately chose to step down from the project as it's sole composer and sound designer. Though he would later return to round of the ga...
Echoes of Wrath - Score Screen [Viscerafest OST]
มุมมอง 66วันที่ผ่านมา
Brought to you by all 3 of our wonderful composers, we present to you the score screen themes, or as I call them, "Echoes of Wrath." Very early on in Viscerafest's development, our composer, Michael Markie, established a leitmotif that would be laced throughout a number of tracks, and that leitmotif also served as the base for the Score Screen theme. We planned to have a differing instrumental ...

Brought to you by Michael Markie, "Womb" is the song that caps off the sixth level of Viscerafest's first chapter. Somewhere Else - C1L6 [Viscerafest OST]
มุมมอง 23วันที่ผ่านมา
Brought to you by Michael Markie, "Somewhere Else" is the song accompanying the sixth level of Viscerafest's first chapter. It was originally composed for the original C2L4, which at that time was set in the Great Divide. However, mid-development, C1L5 was split into two separate levels. C1L6 was meant to simply be a small portion of C1L5, wherein the player would hop into the Great Divide, get...
But Not Forgotten - C1L4 [Viscerafest OST]
มุมมอง 62วันที่ผ่านมา
Brought to you by Michael Markie, "But Not Forgotten" is the song that caps off the fourth level of Viscerafest's first chapter. Initially written for the first chapter's bonus map, with the overall vision for what the bonus levels would be shifting and a new extended segment being added to the chapter's fourth level, we ultimately decided to fold the track back into the main chapter. Brought to you by Michael Markie, "I'm Not Like You" is the song accompanying the third level of Viscerafest's first chapter. It was also the fourth track composed for the game. Brought to you by Michael Markie, "Fly Free" is the song accompanying the second level of Viscerafest's first chapter. It was also the sixth track composed for the game. Originally, "I'm Not Like You" was intended to be C1L2's track, but Markie felt the level needed a track with a bit more pep in its step, and thus, after writing "Molten Blood", came up with "Gory Gambol" which he later renamed...

The kind of track which will instantly make you high-five complete strangers before putting your lives in each other's hands in order to unfuck the universe. Because some feelings can only be communicated by music.

BITCHHHH OMFGGG THANK YOU IVE WANTED THIS FOR SO LONG I LOVEEE YOUU

Hell yeah! Love this game. Cant wait for a full release
That's a chin only a doom guy could love
It's the 90s again, bois. The Doom clones have reemerged! 😎
Why is her chin so loooooong?
@@ciscornBIG I mean I don't think it is but :p
Cool to see you can play as the Crimson Chin.
There are so many doom clones out there? What makes this one worth buying over them? Honest question
@@acryliccharcoal1 Well for one it's not really a Doom clone, it's a retro shooter certainly but not really a Doom Clone. The game's been in development long before the retro shooter craze was really a thing, we're just dropping late to the party. As for why this one over others, Viscerafest primarily focuses on heightening alot of the core aspects of what I personally enjoy about retro shooters that most don't. Alot of retro shooters can kind of devolve into mindless run and gun action games, but Viscerafest has a bigger emphasis on things like resource management, enemy prioritization, aggression. Those things are certsinly present in other retro shooters, but they aren't really optional if you want to succeed in Viscerafest, it's very much a game that demands you get good with it's mechanics and engage with it's systems or face the consequences for not doing so. In addition throughout the campaign you can find skullies which you can use to buy things like cheat codes and gameplay modifiers that you can use when replaying levels. Things like a mode that replaces every enemy in the campaign with bird themed enemies called "Oops all Chickens" or a mode called "Bomberman" where dashing drops a time fuzed bomb, or "Viscerahot" where time moves slower the faster you move. There's also a greater emphasis on narrative than most other retro shooters have if you're into that. The game's higher skill floor is something that can certainly alienate some people and does render it more of a niche-ish title within the subgenre, but there are obviously difficulty settings if it's too much for anyone and we have assist options as well to curb the difficulty a bit. But most of the tentpole figureheads in the community like Civvie, Icarus, etc... really like the game, and the version of it they played is grotesquely inferrior to what we will be dropping with the full release, so there's that too. If you're feeling compelled to pick it up, I would wait until it leaves early access in April. But this has been a passion project of mine since I was 12 years old, (I am now 24 going on 25) and I was more focused on making sure the game was good than making sure it came out before the retro shooter craze took off.
Another lame indie chick fps
Well for one we started making it before it became a thing. But also! You could like... just not play it... nobody's holdin a gun to your head my guy.
Lets welcome a new slayer to the slayer club!
Why do we have e to wait so long for this 8 bit game?!😡 ( I want to play it now.😊)
Well it's not actually 8-Bit, and the reason why it's taken so long to make is itself a long story. But I appreciate you're enthusiasm.
@@Awesreek cool.
Ooh, a movement shooter in 1993 style, eh? Looks cool.
