Thank you for the comment! This video is updated with footage of the new HSF-50 High Speed Sheet Feeder, allowing for booklet production from either roll or cut sheet.
To take the Open Gatefold a step further and make it a Closed Gatefold - can that be done with existing programs or does it require some "tweaking" of the templates and additional pieces. My old Stahl folders needed a gatefold plate. Thanks for the demo. Great work! We love our Horizon equipment!!!
There is one additional piece required to ensure a smooth delivery of the job. As always, it is very user friendly and easy to attach to the buckle, no experienced "tweaking" necessary. Great to hear you love your equipment! More demos coming soon😄

This is an impressive set up. With your current set up, how do you guys figure out the optimal pallet size to prevent production put pacing pallet replacememt?
Thank you for the comment! The size of the pallet can be adjusted, so you could set it up as large as the robot arm’s reach! Rather than the size of the pallet, if you have spare pallets on standby the AGV could bring it over after dropping off the full pallet at the next processing area. It would be really difficult for a folder to outpace pallet replacement.
I would imagine that thing would not need too much maintenance!

Sry but when you say days, you are way off. Manual setups only take 15 minutes by an experienced operator.
She has in 2min different type folder
@GH-oh4gm she says it would take days to set up these folds. I can set up each of these folds in about 15 minutes. By hand and not by computer. Yes the folds are easier when a computer does the work 4 u. But to say days is just trying to sell the product with misinformation.
