You're 💯% on point. Im a bit of a masochist on this one, as i eat anything, and actuality do quite a bit to destroy myself in many ways, with many poisons that are toxic to my body. Technically i dont know how im still alive. 😅 I absolutely starve myself of the essentials, and push myself to that thin line where i may or may not live, then i bring myself back, and do it again, and again. i break myself over and over almost obsessively. i swear if a mosquitoe bit me it would probably decentegrate as it flys away. 45 now ive smoked daily for around 29 to 30 years now, and have lived s very hardcore lifestyle that many would die from. Yet i find that when i regenerate myself, i use honey certain hot sauces with spices, water, lime, and some superfoods, then when replenished i destroy myself again and continue. Its something i should stop, but at this point if i did id probably feel like ive reached complete enlightenment, which ive felt before, but i think im a bit stubbornly stuck on what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, i took it way to far. 😅 Love the awareness, and your message. I think this message is my sign to change things a bit. My anger doesn't come randomly, it stems from injustices that have occurred to me or others that have yet to be properly resolved, or others who mock me or hate me out of spite, jealousy, etc.. But usually it used to take a lot for ne to become angered, but now i find that all the buildup has made me a bit more snippy than i should be. Love the flow brother, you are shining brightly, and i love it brother. Ill try, although i am pretty major glutton for punishment. Thats awesome!! i didn't know you can make cheese from cashews. Learn something new every day. Lol if i was a rice jar, id be on fire right now. 😅 Maybe its time for me to get back in touch with nature a bit more, even though i can feel the earths spirit, and speak with her, and she reacts. Mother nature is so very beautiful. I feel absolutely connected, but hearing the river in the background reminds me of my youth, and the feelings i had back then. maybe its time to allow myself to reach my full potential. Thanks for the awesome share, and equally awesome advice. I think this for me is the spirits way of telling me its time to grow beyond what i have, and stop hindering myself from true growth.
