Yorkshire Quality and Safety Research Group - YQSR
United Kingdom
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 24 ต.ค. 2012
Established in 2007, the multidisciplinary Yorkshire Quality and Safety Research (YQSR) Group brings together leading academics from the Universities of Leeds, Bradford and York. Along with clinicians and managers from the Bradford health community and the Yorkshire and Humber region, the YQSR Group works to co-produce high quality research that addresses NHS and patient priorities. YQSR also hosts the NIHR Yorkshire and Humber Patient Safety Translational Research Centre, one of three national Centres, aiming to ‘to deliver research that makes healthcare safer’.
We do four main types of research:
Understanding the factors that drive patient safety
Developing/piloting safety innovations
Understanding if and how novel interventions work
Understanding how to improve practice and systems
For more information about our projects, please visit our website: yqsr.org.

Training video: Logic Models: Developing Theories of Change for the Real-World
มุมมอง 164ปีที่แล้ว
Logic models are a central feature of intervention research yet have received considerable criticism from qualitative and quantitative researchers alike. This session will explore the pros and cons of logic models from a complexity perspective. A more dynamic, context-sensitive approach will be proposed, called “real-world” logic modelling, based on the detailed process-oriented study of interv...
