سر اگر پیپر پنجاب کا آ سان تھا تو بے ضابطگییاں بھی بنجاب کے بچوں کو بھگتنا پڑیں۔۔اسلام آ باد والوں کو ہر طرح سے فیور دی گئی۔۔اور ہمیں جتنا عذاب دے سکتے تھے دیا۔۔۔سیٹس کم تھیں یہ اچانک سے نظر کیوں آ یا؟ بنجاب کے بچوں سے چھین کے اسلام آباد کے بچوں کو دیا گیا ہے سر۔۔۔۔سراسر زیادتی ہے۔۔۔

السلام علیکم سر ڈسٹرکٹ کوٹہ سیٹس پہ بات کریں پلیز۔۔ان کی پالیسی کے مطابق وہ بچے جن کا اوپن میرٹ پہ ہو جاتا ہے انہیں پھر وہاں سے ہٹا کے ضلع کی سیٹ دے دی جاتی ہے جو کہ سرا سر زیادتی ہے سر۔۔ہونا یہ چاہیے کہ جو بچے اوپن میرٹ پہ ہو جاتے ہیں انہیں وہیں رہنے دیا جائے ضلع کی سیٹ کم میرٹ والوں کو ملیں جو اوپن میں نہیں آ رہے۔۔۔پلیز سر اس زیادتی اور غلط پالیسی پہ بات کیجئیے گا

Sir while most of your suggestions are well thought and well put but some still need major actions that would require steps against the managing bodies themselves. My own score was 185 in mdcat as a fresher with fsc score of 1142 and an aggregate of 94.18. Both my parents are doctors so I do understand the very passion that this field requires. Regarding the drama that was created this yr. The major flaw was the difficulty level being extremely low leading to inadequate judgement of students' caliber. Unfortunately except the change weightage criteria, no solution was adequate but that would have only solved half the issue as many repeaters would have been left behind who only opted to score higher marks in mdcat to cover up for their lesser marks in fsc. The major concers regarding next year as per so that 3000 students are between 93.5 to 94.3 who could reuse their previous results. The validity shouldn't be cancelled as per PMDC act and if they do it could easily be challenged in the court. To understand it from a student's perspective I'd say what would probably happen is that an equivalency formula would be applied for people trying to use their mdcat marks of 2024 in 2025. For a student whose marks are 185 it would be multiplied with 0.9 which would give him a score of 167. That'd be pretty useless to say so. That in itself could be challenged by the 4500 students between 93 and 94.3 not to mention the students who'd improve their fsc scores in the meantime and improve their aggregate from 93.5 to 94.5 or above. Even if with a normal difficult level of mdcat 2025 hardly 500 students will surpass a score of 188. So only 500 to 800 students will have an aggregate of 93.5+ who'd secure admission while most of the repeaters would try to use their 94+ aggregate score granting them an immediate seat in MBBS. All of this just because of a mismanaged paper. I myself never thought I'd have to go through the trauma of gap year but it is what it is. Something that is sure is that what has happened can't be reversed now. I myself have no proper suggestion for 2025 mdcat except the ones you recommended but declaring this result invalid itself would mean that students having grades like are incompetant to be admitted to med clgs which is not true. An absolute failure of our education system. Students with 193 are sitting at home helpless at their situation while some with 188 have secured admission into top clgs. Nothing but remorse remains.

This whole education system needs to be modified....

Fsc &. Matric marks should not be count in aggregate or their percentage should be reduced in India only those students are allowed to attempt mdcat like exams(Neet, jee) who gets more than 70% in bord exams but not count in aggregate.

Great suggestions except the suggestion of full course

Every suggestion is well thought and nicely put except one which is debatable. The course shouldn't be full books as after fsc exams only 2 to 3 months are avaliable and revision of entire books in just a short period of time with an entirely different pattern is difficult.

سر آپ نے ماشاءاللہ بہت اچھی، سچی، مفید اور لاجیکل بات کی ہے۔ لیکنMDCAT اور میٹرک، انٹر کی weightage پر اور ایک common syllabus پر آپ نے بات نہیں کی۔ یہ بھی ایک ضروری نقطہ ہے۔ میرا خیال ہے جیسے آپ نے بھی بورڈ اور کالج اساتذہ پر اعتماد کیا ہے تو final weightage کے سلسلے میں بھی ہمیں بورڈز پر اعتماد کرتے ہوئے میٹرک، انٹر کی ویٹیج بڑھا کر 70% کر دینی چاہیئے اور MDCAT کی 30% تاکہ MDCAT صرف ایک verifier کا رول ادا کرے۔ فائنل اور فیصلہ کن کردار ادا نہ کرے۔ فیصلہ کن حق میٹرک، انٹر بورڈ سے حاصل کردہ نمبروں کا ہونا چاہیئے۔ کیونکہ یہ امتحانات بورڈز لیتے ہیں اور یہ تین طریقوں سے طلبا کی لیاقت و ذہانت چیک کرتے ہیں۔ یعنی MCQs سے، چھوٹے سوالات کے ذریعے اور بڑے سوالات کے ذریعے۔ اس میں تُکا guess work نہیں چلتا جبکہ MDCAT چونکہ پورا ہی MCQs پر مبنی ہوتا ہے اس میں تُکا guess work بھی چل جاتا ہے۔ میں نے میرٹ لسٹوں میں کئی ایسے طلبا دیکھے ہیں جن کے انٹر میں 70% نمبر ہیں لیکن MDCAT میں 90% لے گئے۔ تو اگر MDCAT کی ویٹیج کم کر دی جائے تو ذہانت کا صحیح اندازہ لگایا سکتا ہے۔ اور پورے ملک کا FSc Syllabus ایک کر دینا چاہئیے۔ تاکہ پیپر پر کسی کو اعتراض نہ ہو۔ یہ کوئی مشکل کام نہیں ہے۔ ہر صوبے کے کیپیٹل یعنی لاہور، کراچی، پشاور، کوئٹہ بورڈ اور فیڈرل بورڈ کے سراباہان مل بیٹھ کر ایک ہفتے میں ایک مشترکہ سلیبس بنا سکتے ہیں۔ اس کا طریقہ یہ ہو سکتا ہے کہ زیادہ تر ابواب (chapters) ایک جیسے ہیں وہ لے لئے جائیں۔ پھر ہر صوبے سے ایک ایک باب اور پھر باقی ماندہ ایک یا دو باب قرعہ اندازی کے ذریعے کسی بھی بورڈ کے لے لئے جائیں۔ یہ چند گھنٹوں کا کام ہے۔ اگر کرنے کی نیت ہو۔
