Modeling Custom Part for Bricklink's Studio
In this video I show process of modeling custom 3D part in 3ds Max to be imported into Bricklink's Studio. I've used parts from lizard man from lego minifig series for my custom Marvel Spider-Man's Lizard figure.
Software used:
Autodesk 3ds Max for modeling
Bricklink's Part Designer to add connections and convert into proper format
Sublime Text to customize colors within part

Just comparing gameplay and graphics As far as I can tell, view distance, traffic and crowd density are pretty much the same. Obviously PC runs in 60fps while switch is only 30fps, image resolution and texture resolution are also lower on switch. how to change control on pc
I don't recommend you to play using mouse and keyboard as it would be very uncomfortable and control settings are a bit broken, reassigning buttons not always work. I recommend you to get any gamepad of xbox style (that uses x-input) and play with it, game will map controls automatically. There some very cheap x-input gamepads and also there are very premium ones. You can find gamepad for any budget nowadays.

blender is better
For some it might me. I tried to get into blender many times, but I just can't get used to those controls. 3ds Max feels very intuitive and natural, blender is anything but intuitive. But many people prefer it, so it might just be me.
How do you get the size(s) right?
I export basic figure from Studio to 3d file, import it in 3ds Max, model my items around that. Then I use PartDesigner to import my models into Studio. You can also set specific value for scale when importing 3d objects into part designer. For me it's 2.517007 Sometimes I also download models from MecaBricks and import them the same way, for that I use scale 252.5253
@@solembum78 Thanks, another question, does studio automatically recognize studs and other “connection points” (idk what to call it) or does that have to be done manually?
@@Mavve69 you have to do it manually. I actually add connection points to this tail piece at 1:41. You can add multiple connections on top of each other, like stud bottom + technic hole. Also there are some connections that aren't available through menus, but you can temporarily import one of existing Studio parts, and copy it's connections to your model (while in connection viewing mode).

If you happen to find original build of the game - yes. Using this method is same as playing in local network, it doesn't use any of the official servers or anything.

У меня увы нет. Эту игру раздают на рутрекере, вроде версия ранняя и должна работать. Также на паре других трекеров есть, правда сидеров нет, игра не очень популярна в силу своего качества.

Register on rutracker and download from there, search for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows [P] [RUS + ENG / ENG] (2013) (1.0.10246.0) [P2P] Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows [P] [ENG + 4 / ENG] (2013) [Scene] Make sure to uncheck USB Gamepad in settings, even if you are playing with gamepad. Gamepad will still work but lan option will appear in multiplayer.

Что делать если когда мой друг заходит в игру, то у него ничего не подключается? То есть у него просто меню и всё, даже никакой загрузки нет
Убедиться что версия игры самая ранняя, типа 1.0, поискать на трекерах если у вас новее
Еще возможно поиграть по сети?
Если качать игру с трекеров и использовать хамачи - по идее должно быть возможно, ничего технически не менялось и никакие сервера для этого не нужны. На лицухе из стима вообще никогда нельзя было играть онлайн из-за кривых разрабов, так что серверов наверное и не было. А на пиратке все ок.

Почему когда я прошел 1 миссию у меня не запускаються сетевая игра
Игра очень кривая на самом деле, в стиме на лицухе онлайн не работал вообще никогда и потому ужасные отзывы, на пиратке онлайн работает, но нужно проходить всю игру залпом, начиная с 1 миссии и до конца, если в процессе прерваться то оно не сохранит сейв на нескольких человек и придется начинать с нуля.

Пк версию очень вряд ли, игра разрабатывалась когда онлайн игры ещё не были обыденностью. Если очень хочется и есть мощный пк, советую попробовать эмулятор dolphin и версию игры для gamecube, через эмулятор можно играть по сети с друзьями. Гуглить гайды dolphin netplay

I don't think anyone does. Also, online never actually worked on licensed version, steam has plenty of raging reviews because of that. Only pirated version allowed to play online, even then you could only beat the whole game through, from 1st to last stage, not allowing you to join in the middle of game story, since progress of each player is not shared across, and you are forced to play from the beggining every time.

How does noise work in 8-bit games? Is it a wave that has high and low cutoffs that is then played in different pitches for different sounds?
Different pitches, sweep time and speed, also other parameters. Also note, that some games used samples instead of wave generators.
