Caps best chest piece is his aegis of nomad. Gives you 300% increase to heroic charge rate while rally cry is active, Instantly refills heroics. I have it on melee and defense. 622% are my charge rates while rally cry is active.... obviously I'm always in BB and keep rally cry active whole matches 😂😂

Only thing I noticed was when I activate rally cry the enemies take more damage than usual but from BB no difference noticed. Streamroller is better now though.
